    Analytics Engineer (OVA5693)

    • We are looking for an experienced Analytics Engineer to design, build and maintain data models and orchestrated data pipelines within a complex enterprise data environment.
    • The successful candidate will translate business and data requirements into documented data flows and reusable data models, implement testing and observability, optimise cost and performance, and ensure datasets remain timely, accurate and well documented.
    • You will also mentor and guide junior Analytics Engineers while working closely with Data Engineers, Data Architects, Data Modelers and Data Governance teams.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Design, build and maintain scalable data models, schemas, metadata and data pipelines.
    • Translate business requirements into data-product backlogs, data contracts and acceptance criteria.
    • Partner with stakeholders to understand data requirements, user interactions and business outcomes.
    • Provide Data Management guidance aligned to organisational frameworks, standards and data strategy.
    • Collaborate with Data Modelers, Data Engineers, Data Architects and Data Governance teams.
    • Apply Data Vault, Relational, Dimensional and Object-Oriented modelling concepts.
    • Design and maintain data architecture supporting efficient storage, retrieval and analysis.
    • Perform data profiling, testing, validation and reconciliation throughout the data lifecycle.
    • Identify and resolve data quality issues and contribute to data standards.
    • Build and maintain APIs in collaboration with Data and Software Engineers.
    • Build and maintain data pipelines that extract, transform and load data from multiple sources and formats.
    • Automate, monitor and optimise pipeline performance.
    • Implement data lineage within the metadata environment.
    • Ensure validation and reconciliation checks are incorporated into data pipelines.
    • Support cloud technology adoption within database and data environments.
    • Ensure compliance with data protection, privacy, regulatory and data governance requirements.
    • Enable stakeholders to access and use governed data for self-service insights.
    • Develop reliable datasets, metrics and APIs and ensure they are documented, secured and monitored.
    • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior Analytics Engineers.

    • Are you an experienced Employee Wellbeing / Organisational Development professional passionate about creating meaningful employee experiences and building workplace wellbeing solutions? We are looking for a Group Specialist: Employee Wellbeing to provide specialist expertise, advisory services and innovative solutions that support employee wellbeing and align with broader people strategy and the evolving future of work.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Provide specialist employee wellbeing consulting and advisory services across the organisation.
    • Design, customise and implement enterprise-wide wellbeing solutions aligned to business objectives.
    • Use wellbeing data, analytics, benchmarking and research to generate insights and inform strategic decisions.
    • Lead wellbeing projects from scoping and solution design through to implementation and delivery.
    • Design and support wellbeing events, solutions and digital platforms that improve employee access, adoption and experience.

    Requirements

    • Relevant Degree / Honours Degree in Human Sciences or a related field.
    • 3–5 years' experience providing a breadth of employee wellbeing and/or Organisational Development services or related components.
    • Strong understanding of employee wellbeing practices, frameworks and solutions.
    • Experience in stakeholder management, consulting and advisory services.
    • Experience using data, analytics and research to generate practical business insights.
    • Experience in project delivery, change initiatives and capability building.
    • Ability to work collaboratively across HR, business and cross-functional teams.
    • Exposure to Agile ways of working would be advantageous.

    AI Specialist - Group Internal Audit (OVA5719)

    Job Description:

    • This is a 3 - month contract with our client in the banking sector.
    • Accelerate Group Internal Audit's strategic transformation into an AI-powered function. This hands-on specialist role designs, builds, and scales GenAI, agentic workflows, and predictive analytics on Azure AI Foundry and Microsoft Fabric to automate and elevate risk assessment, audit planning, testing, and reporting.

    Responsibilities include:

    • AI Solution & Workflow Design: Build and deploy GenAI solutions, agentic workflows, prompt templates, and predictive risk-scoring models across core audit phases.
    • Platform & Stack Execution: Develop secure tools leveraging Azure AI Foundry, Microsoft Fabric, Copilot, Copilot Studio, GitHub Copilot, Python, SQL, and APIs.
    • Governance & Responsible AI: Implement strict model risk management, data privacy, and security guardrails to ensure AI outputs are accurate and audit-ready.
    • Data Engineering & Dashboards: Conduct data engineering and quality assessments; design Power BI dashboards to present risk insights.
    • Delivery & Enablement: Lead business requirements gathering, UAT coordination, design/handover documentation, and team upskilling to drive business adoption.

    Requirements include

    Experience required

    • 5+ years in analytics/AI solution delivery.
    • 2+ years hands-on experience delivering GenAI, LLM, or agentic AI solutions.
    • Financial Services: Demonstrated experience delivering AI solutions in a regulated banking or financial services environment.
    • Audit/Risk (Preferred): Prior experience in internal audit, risk management, assurance automation, or control testing.

    Technical & core skills

    • Tech Stack: Microsoft Azure, Microsoft Fabric, Copilot / Copilot Studio / GitHub Copilot, Python, SQL, and API integration.
