    Software Engineering Lead

    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop comprehensive end-to-end solution designs that incorporate people, technology, systems, and data, with a focus on enhancing efficiency, automation, and client-centricity.
    • Ensure that solution delivery aligns with the broader business strategy and objectives of the organization.
    • Identify and analyze problems, crafting solutions that integrate seamlessly with the organization’s existing software architectures.
    • Provide technical leadership to establish and promote best practices, ensuring adherence to correct methodologies across the organization.
    • Champion the adoption of modern, sustainable design principles that progressively enhance the IT landscape, building a future-ready portfolio.

    Minimum Requirements

    • Strong technical expertise with deep knowledge in software application architecture.
    • Hands-on software development experience with up-to-date skills.
    • Skilled in troubleshooting complex software environments and solutions.
    • Comprehensive understanding of the software development lifecycle, including DevOps, Agile, and testing methodologies.
    • Proficient in technical design modeling and methodologies.
    • Solid financial industry background, with experience in fintech, banking, startup, or financial e-commerce settings

    Desktop Support Technician

    Key Responsibilities

    • Ensure that contracted customer Service Level Agreements are met.
    • To ensure that calls logged are followed up / escalated, serviced, and resolved within the agreed SLA.
    • To ensure that calls are logged retrospectively if no call was logged for work completed.
    • Ensure that calls are checked and updated with the latest updates until call closure.
    • To ensure a minimum of 98% customer satisfaction feedback rating on a monthly basis with external contracted Customers and action to position SLA and satisfaction measurement for internal support.
    • Administer User and Computer accounts, as well as Group membership in AD.
    • Perform various tests on all hardware platforms and networks and document all operating system software.
    • Practice Expert knowledge on Preventative Maintenance.
    • Coordinate with internal IT staff and customers to resolve technical issues and escalate them if required.
    • Co-ordinate with staff to install and configure all EUC.
    • Identify and resolve all hardware and software issues.
    • Installing, Configuring, and Updating required hardware and software.
    • Troubleshooting and diagnosing to detect and solve technical problems.
    • Design and perform various tests on applications according to required standards.
    • Maintain and develop all user applications and define specifications based on client requirements.
    • To ensure that best practices are adhered to.
    • To ensure that Standard Operation Procedures are followed.
    • To provide input to the Monthly Operations Report.
    • To ensure continuous communication to the technical team and feedback regarding escalations to Client Line Management and Users.
    • To Backup Engineers for customers and support staff where required.
    • Manage requests/calls escalated to Vendors and 3rd Parties
    • Train employees to analyse and repair all product failures and analyse customer requirements.
    • Ensure adherence to Customer’s Corporate Governance and Risk Management Policies as per prescribed compliance.

    Minimum Requirements

    • Certificate or Diploma in Information Technology
    • 3 – 5 years of Technical Support with an emphasis in MS Operating Systems, MS Office or Office 365 and Office Applications
    • Microsoft Azure Fundamentals – AZ900
    • Microsoft Office 365 Fundamentals – MS900
    • MTA: Windows Operating System Fundamentals (Windows 10)
    • Microsoft 365 Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate
    • Must ideally have own vehicle

    Cyber Security Engineer

    Key Responsibilities

    • Design, Implement, and Maintain Data Security Solutions.
    • Lead cloud security initiatives on public cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) focusing on data security, identity access management (IAM), and infrastructure security.
    • Work with developers, IT operations, and cloud teams to ensure secure data architecture across micro-services-based infrastructures.
    • Automation and CI/CD Integration.
    • Data Encryption and Masking.
    • Data Governance and Compliance.
    • Perform regular security assessments, threat analysis, and vulnerability testing on cloud and on-prem infrastructure to proactively address potential risks.

    Minimum Requirement:

    • 7+ years of experience in infrastructure, software development, DevOps, or security roles.
    • 4+ years of experience designing and implementing highly available public cloud infrastructure (AWS preferred).
    • 3+ years of experience focused on AWS Data Security & IAM.
    • Hands-on experience with security technology deployments in cloud environments, particularly within a financial services organization.
    • Proven experience with CI/CD technologies and automation tools, including GitLab, GitHub, Terraform, CloudFormation, and Ansible.

    Ideal Experience:

    • 2+ years of experience with AWS Networking.
    • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
    • Experience in data pipeline engineering using big data technologies such as Spark, Kafka, or Hadoop.
    • Experience with containerization tools such as Docker and Kubernetes (EKS).

    Network Security

    Key Responsibilities

    • Lead the implementation of 2FA on FortiClient VPN across various user groups.
    • Configure and manage Fortinet firewall and VPN policies to support 2FA.
    • Provide end-user desktop support during the 2FA rollout, troubleshooting and resolving connectivity issues.
    • Collaborate with IT networking teams to ensure network readiness and secure integration of 2FA.
    • Engage with customers and stakeholders to communicate project status, resolve concerns, and provide training on 2FA usage.
    • Document all technical processes, configurations, and user support procedures to ensure smooth handover post-implementation.
    • Assist in monitoring and auditing the security posture after 2FA implementation to ensure continued compliance and protection

    Minimum Requirements

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology
    • Fortinet NSE 4 or NSE 5.
    • Certification or proven experience in implementing 2FA solutions.
    •  3-5 years of hands-on experience with Fortinet solutions
    • Configuring and deploying FortiClient VPN solutions experience
    • 3 years of desktop support experience
    • Ability to troubleshoot client-side VPN and 2FA issues.
