DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• The training manager will be responsible for overseeing the Regional Training of allocated Wackys stores. The role involves managing a team of highly skilled trainers and ensuring that the Standard Operating Procedures maintained. They will be responsible for:
• Build training structure for Wackys
• Conduct training sessions on preparation of foods as per our Standard Operating Procedures
• Ability to manage a team (20 trainers)
• Staff rostering
• Support, mentor, and upskill trainees and new employees
• Promote efficiency and improve skills of employees
• Keep attendance and training records and registers
• Monitor employee performance and response to training
• Conduct performance evaluations and identify areas of improvement
• Provide daily updates on training areas done daily in-stores
• Work within a team and drive the restaurant/take-away forward
• Take charge of New Store openings – supporting the teams through constant mentoring and coaching
• Assist the Training Department with Adhoc Training tasks and projects within Wackys
• Doing presentations to the target audience for all Wackys Training Modules and SOP’s
• Sign off Manager Trainees throughout the region
• Must be able to work Monday to Saturday’s 8am to 5pm, Peak days 12pm to 8pm and stay out at outlying stores for 10 days or more if there’s new store openings or giving urgent store training support. These times may change based on the needs of the business
• Track daily reports posted on WhatsApp groups from Manager & Skill Trainers. Raise concerns as they arise
• Take charge of GP & GRV training/ trouble shooting for new & existing stores.
• Training team roster must be posted on the training platform by latest 12pm every Saturday
• Full accountability of the training team within the Training manager group
• Coordinate for new stores staff quantities, training stores, weekly training updates and complete sign offs one week before store opening. POE must be filed

REQUIREMENTS: 

• Restaurant and Fast Food management experience. Minimum 10 years related Fast food/ QSR Operations and training experience required
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Organisational and time management skills
• Must have strong administration skills
• Attention to detail
• Be prepared to go the extra mile
• MS Office experience
• Must be computer literate and must be able to write professional reports from time to time
• Must have own reliable vehicle & mobile phone
• Must have a valid drivers license
• Good GP/ COS/ GRV knowledge - essential
• Experienced to design, develop, implement, maintain, support or operate a particular technology or related application, product or service
• GAAP / MICROS experience – advantageous
• Must be willing to travel to sites

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• The Receiving Manager is responsible for overseeing all receiving operations to ensure that incoming goods, materials, and supplies are received accurately, inspected, recorded, and stored efficiently. The role ensures compliance with company policies, inventory control procedures, safety regulations, and quality standards while leading the receiving team to achieve operational excellence.
• Manage and supervise all receiving activities for incoming stock, materials, and equipment
• Verify deliveries against purchase orders, invoices, and delivery notes
• Ensure accurate counting, inspection, and recording of received goods
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies, shortages, damages, and delivery errors
• Coordinate unloading and movement of goods to designated storage locations
• Supervise, train, and develop receiving staff
• Allocate daily workloads and monitor employee performance
• Promote teamwork, accountability, and productivity within the receiving department
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching where required
• Liaise with suppliers, transport providers, procurement teams, and internal departments
• Communicate delivery schedules and receiving issues promptly
• Support operational planning and continuous improvement initiatives
• Prepare and submit receiving, inventory, and performance reports
• Monitor receiving KPIs and recommend process improvements
• Maintain accurate records for audits and compliance purposes
• Strong knowledge of receiving, warehousing, and inventory control procedures
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and inventory management software
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

REQUIREMENTS: 

• Matric
• Degree or Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Logistics or similar
• Minimum of 3–5 years' experience in warehouse receiving, inventory control, or logistics operations
• At least 2 years' supervisory or management experience
• FIFO and FEFO understanding
• WMS experience
