    Graphic Designer

    • Join PnP Clothing’s creative team and shape the future of retail design. We’re looking for a versatile Designer to take on a 9-month maternity cover role, creating bold, impactful content for our social media, emailers, and in-store AV screens while leading the charge on AI-driven creative innovation.
    • If you’re fluent in Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign, passionate about design and ready to show us how AI can raise the bar, optimise our workload and deliver even more engaging content — we want to meet you.

    Minimum requirements

    • 5+ years’ proven experience in retail design or digital content creation.
    • Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
    • Proven ability to use AI design platforms such as Midjourney, Kling and other emerging tools.
    • Strong conceptual thinking with excellent typography, colour theory, and layout skills.
    • Proven track record in delivering work on time in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
    • Experience preparing files for both print and digital.
    • Knowledge of traditional and digital production processes.

    • Accuracy and brand alignment of all creative outputs.
    • Demonstrated proactive learning and integration of AI tools into design workflows.

    • Conceptualise and execute visually impactful designs for social media, digital signage, screens and VAS services.
    • Support the other Graphic Designer with POS materials and any other elements as and when required.
    • Create high-quality artwork from concept to production-ready stage.
    • Maintain brand CI across all deliverables.
    • Experiment with AI design tools (e.g., Midjourney, Kling) to elevate creativity, optimise processes, and improve output quality.
    • Collaborate with Marketing, Social Media and Retail teams to translate briefs into effective design solutions.
    • Ensure deliverables are completed at least 4 days before printing deadlines to allow for review and approvals.

    Area Manager Clothing

    • As the Area Manager, you will lead and inspire a team of store managers across multiple locations, ensuring that every store operates at its best. You’ll play a pivotal role in driving store performance by championing high standards, overseeing key HR functions, and leading impactful promotional campaigns.
    • Your expertise in finance and administration will keep operations running smoothly, while your focus on store maintenance ensures a top-tier customer experience.
    • You'll monitor and elevate store and department performance, aligning with company goals to boost sales, service, and operational efficiency.

    Minimum requirements

    • Grade 12 (matric)/N3 equivalent/Clothing degree
    • 5 - 8 years' experience as an Area Manager - ideally within the Clothing retail sector

    • Must be computer literate
    • SAP knowledge is an added advantage – run/analyze and interpret reports
