Requirements:

• Relevant certifications (e.g., SAFe Release Train Engineer (RTE) Certification, Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), etc.)
• Proven experience as an RTE or in a similar role within an Agile environment.
• Deep understanding of Agile methodologies and frameworks, particularly SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework).
• Strong leadership and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple teams and complex projects.
• Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with team members and stakeholders.
• Proficiency with Agile tools such as Jira, Rally, or similar.
• Experience in the banking or financial services industry is highly desirable.
