    Brand Intern (6-Month Internship)

    • The P&G Internship is a flagship program offered to promising and driven undergraduate penultimate year students, interested in growing as a leader by stepping into the shoes of a P&Ger.
    • You will receive an individual business project that you will get to work on for the period of your internship.

    Sales Manager

    Job Description

    • The Sales Manager role focuses on driving sales at the headquarters level. The role is crucial in establishing and maintaining strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs, and ensuring our products meet those needs. This job family plays a vital role in achieving our sales targets and contributing to our company's overall growth. This role involves working under direct supervision, focusing on specific tasks or segments within a brand, channel, or category. The individual will collaborate effectively within the immediate team and will be responsible for accomplishing tasks as an individual contributor with close supervision.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Supports and assists in executing sales strategies in team / organization.
    • Participates in the development and implementation of new ideas, techniques, procedures, services, or products under guidance.
    • Focuses on specific tasks or segments within a brand, channel, line, category or team / organization with clearly defined and narrow objectives.
    • Collaborates and networks effectively within immediate team or work domain as required to maximize job impact and personal learning.
    • Works under direct supervision, follows well-defined precedents and policies.

    Job Qualifications

    Qualifications:

    • A bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or related field.
    • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with customers.

    • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
