The Shift Supervisor (VIP Site) is responsible for overseeing security operations during assigned shifts, ensuring the safety of the visitors, employees, facilities, and assets at the VIP site. The incumbent supervises Asset protection personnel, coordinates security activities, manages incidents, and ensures compliance with security procedures and protocols.
Requirements
Grade 12 / Matric (NQF Level 4)
Security Grade B-A
National Key Point certificate
Valid PSIRA registered
Must be Computer literate
Must have 5 years’ experience in the security industry of which 3 years are on supervisory level.
CCTV skills, National Key point qualification, drivers’ licence and firearm competency will be an advantage
Must have clear criminal record.
Able to communicate fluent in English (verbal and written)
To provide professional security services and ensure the safety, security, and protection of visitors, assets, information, and facilities at designated VIP site. The Asset Protection Officer is responsible for preventing security breaches, monitoring risks, and maintaining a secure environment through proactive security measures.
