Job Description :

Key Responsibilities:

• Solution Design and Implementation*: Design, configure, and implement Dynamics 365 solutions to meet client requirements.
• Technical and Functional Expertise*: Provide technical and functional expertise to clients, including data migration, integration, and customization.
• Business Process Analysis*: Analyze business processes and identify areas for improvement using Dynamics 365.
• Requirements Gathering*: Gather and document functional and technical requirements from clients.
• Solution Testing and Quality Assurance*: Test and quality assure Dynamics 365 solutions to ensure they meet client requirements.
• Client Training and Support*: Provide training and support to clients on Dynamics 365 solutions.
• Project Management*: Assist project managers in planning, executing, and delivering Dynamics 365 projects.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Dynamics 365 Certification*: Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant or Technical Consultant.
• Technical Skills*: Proficiency in Dynamics 365, Microsoft Azure, Microsoft Power Platform, and related technologies.
• Functional Knowledge*: Strong understanding of business processes, including sales, marketing, customer service, finance, and operations.
• Communication and Interpersonal Skills*: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and project management skills.
