    Global Mobility- Senior Technology and Data & Analytics Specialist

    The Global Mobility Technology Senior Specialist owns the End-2-End GM system management, data and analytics and reporting. The Technology Specialist will be responsible for all technical & system support/maintenance of the Unilever Global Mobility platforms.

    The role is not limited to technical support but includes reporting and analytics for all regions across the globe. The Technology Specialist will work closely with the Global Mobility Manager and Global Mobility Technology Specialist as well as regional managers & external vendors regarding system support and/or reporting & analysis.

    The specialist should have system expertise in but not limited to Assignment Pro, Workday, One View, Salesforce and their interlinkages and will be accountable to deliver analytical insights that will be used to enhance operational effectiveness. This role is key in enabling simplification of GM processes

    Job Summary

    • Overview the functionality of the systems used by the Global Mobility Team
    • Main point of contact between third party (systems) providers and Global Mobility
    • Manage day-to-day relationship with Global Mobility Systems vendors
    • Work closely with internal and external stakeholders incl. but not limited to Pensions, Payroll, Reward, third party data providers
    • Supporting key projects like pay review from the Global Mobility Technology perspective
    • Investigate and implement new systems functionality
    • Lead Global Mobility and HR systems integration and automation projects
    • Coordinate internal security audits for all Global Mobility systems
    • Troubleshooting systems issues & liaising with the relevant technical team (Internal or External).
    • System update with data provided by internal and external stakeholders for accurate package generation and payroll processing
    • System update with changes requested by regional teams
    • Systems maintenance including dashboards and service orders
    • Running regular and ad hoc reports as per regional or stakeholder requests.
    • Managing Global Mobility System Security Access
    • Managing Single-Sign-On Access to various external systems for relevant population
    • Maintaining strong records of meeting agenda and minutes.
    • Support Global Mobility Technology and Data & Analytics Specialist in the daily work and cover the role if needed

    Key Requirements

    • Bachelors Degree in IT management &/or Information Systems
    • Global Mobility or HR knowledge advantageous but not required
    • Proficient in using Workday and Assignment Pro systems or savvy to be trained on these systems
    • Basic understanding of simple logic building &/or coding (would be advantageous)
    • Experience in liaising and communicating with multiple stakeholders across regions
    • Extensive administrative experience & project support experience
    • Strong Analytics, problem solving and customer centric
    • Comfortable working in MS Office (Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, OneDrive, Outlook, Sharepoint) Ability to understand formulas, macros, pivots and reporting tools

    Factory Leader

    The Factory Leader is responsible for operating a factory (or factories) as per agreed standards. S/he leads manufacturing activities in the factory to achieve desired service levels on time. The Factory Leader delivers site targets following the supply chain and category strategies including targets on service, costs, productivity, quality, innovation and OSHE. The role is also responsible for leading the Engineering department, has overall responsibility for engineering projects and maintenance, including utilities, production lines, processing plants, and buildings.

    Key Accountabilities

    • Deploy and Deliver to annual plan and financial results including targets on service, costs, productivity, quality, innovation and OSHE Recommend long term site strategic plans to the Regional Category and Supply Chain teams Lead site to develop and implement continuous improvement plans to deliver site targets – manufacturing performance management.
    • Manage and deliver the site’s financial results: annual budgets, Sourcing Unit Result, conversion costs and create programmes to deliver financial results.
    • Manage the technical / maintenance teams responsible to deliver Projects, Innovation, Infrastructure and Services to the site
    • Engage and facilitate the implementation of innovations on site, for products, ways of working, service models and supply chain models Propose, agree with Category Technology and implement the necessary capital investments to meet the planned production requirements, safety, environmental and cost targets Pursue a site long term plan, including restructuring, re-engineering and retrofitting as agreed by VP SC Category; prioritize and plan resources development and deployment
    • Ensure that the technical standards of all manufacturing and non-manufacturing fixed assets are maintained.
    • Enable the factory operation to achieve high level of Customer Service at optimal cost Support TPM activities and teams by leading the TPM Steering Committee Co-ordinate and direct the factory and co-packer operations to achieve the agreed production plans at the specified product quality with optimum labour, energy and materials utilization.
    • Ensure Working Capital management systems are effectively used and deliver inventory targets set with Regional Category Planning Directors and Regional Supply Management Directors.
    • Co-ordinate and direct the quality management in line with QA system and ISO 9000 procedures.
    • Lead HR policy deployment and implementation on sites, including management of employee relations.
    • Ensure effective local stakeholder management and community issues aligned with Unilever policies
    • Guard and ensure the application of all Unilever Policies and governance requirements. Lead on initiatives and projects aiming for sites integration and collaborative work along the extended supply chain Lead
    • Supply Planning Be the statutory head of factory where there is a legal separation

    Essential Professional Skills
    ESSENTIAL 8- 10 Years experience in Supply Chain (Make/Technology, SHE, Quality are must, additionally Plan, R&D an advantage)

    • BSC Engineering degree (Mechanical or Electrical) from reputable university
