    Shopper Marketing Assistant_Ola

    The role of this is to drive shopper-based thought leadership to internal and external stakeholders. This includes execution of the shopper component of brand marketing/customer and category plans.

    Job Summary

    The Shopper Marketing Assistant will work closely with the Brand team, CCD, TCM, NAMs and agencies as well as, E-Commerce team to execute Online & Offline Brand & category plans. Other key relationships will be with the Customer Management team (for Retailer engagement) and Unilever Field Sales (for execution) to effectively deliver activations, innovations and customer collaborations.

    • Drive shopper thought leadership that increases, develops and sustains Unilever and Category growth opportunities.
    • Drive Shopper Mission and Shopper/Channel understanding in all plans, activations, and innovations that deliver long-term consumer behaviour change, incremental sales and build brand equity.
    • Leads execution of shopper based plans that are rooted in shopper and consumer insights aligned to brand/category objectives.
    • Work closely with key internal / external stakeholders to execute shopper marketing activities against key objectives.
    • Adopt, Adapt and implement Global Best Practice of point of sale (POS) material to deliver best in class POS that delivers value for the retailer, is shopper based and drives incremental sales.
    • Ensure “best in class” executional excellence of Shopper Marketing Plans through clear briefs to internal and external executional teams.
    • Clear brief to field team on all execution of the instore activities
    • Manage activity budgets
    • Lead a rigorous and transparent post-evaluation analysis of specific activations, initiatives that guide the business on its success based on agreed KPIs.
    • Shopper marketing planning- Developing plans that drive shopper strategy
    • Shopper engagement – working with customers and agencies to create and execute shopper programs
    • Shopper impact Evaluating and learning from SM programs
    • Shopper insight & data translating it into action
       

    KEY REQUIREMENTS

    • Degree/ Diploma
    • Minimum 3 years relevant Customer or Marketing experience
    • Account management/Consumer Insights and experience outside FMCG is an advantage

    IOPS Market Activation for I&A (AFRICA/ NAMETRUB Region)

    The main purpose of this role is to bring a top down expertise of product features, technological understanding, overarching business processes and interdependencies between multiple I&A products and technologies for Africa/ NAMETRUB Region. This role will need to build a strong understanding and ownership of business and technology for I&A products and then use that understanding to steer conversations for shaping market iOPS solution during deployment planning and deployment phase.

    This is a regional role to support Geo IT and Market Project team in bringing an E2E ownership and perspective to I&A techs and will work within the Market Act Squad. Based on the iOPS Global Solution Blueprint as the template, this role will work with the Markets (both business and Geo IT), to drive integration across I&A Products, iOPS platforms and other local systems, identify optimum sequence of delivery, interdependencies and designing interim states where required. The role will operate within the principles set by the Global iOPS Enterprise Architect and using those provide a more focussed and local approach to the markets in the region.

    Job Summary

    • Accountable for the product features/blueprint/ integration in support of the business processes/ requirements for all I&A products and technologies and integrated iOPS technologies involved
    • Bring a top-down single view of I&A Products to engaged markets
    • Work with local technology SMEs to define integration and dependencies between iOPS tech and local techs where ever applicable.
    • Work alongside E2E Deliver Lead to co-produce a HL deployment plan for MCOs engaged and support in delivering technology components based on that plan
    • Provides a forward view on new requirements, best practice and future technology direction for the iOPS I&A products
    • Supports iOPS Solution Architect in building an E2E iOPS solution fit for a market by providing product expertise to MCO/ Geo IT and supporting gap analysis activity.
    • Liaising with stakeholders; both within IT (Global and Geo IT) and the business areas (MCO and Product pillars), and also external parties
    • Provides regional pre-validation of change requests before taking them to Change Board

    KEY REQUIREMENTS

    • Minimum 6 years of professional experience in designing and architecting complex integrated solutions.

    Technical Skills

    • A strong ability to understand complex business processes and business requirementsand translate them into technical solutions to deliver on those requirements
    • Excellent understanding of the interactions between people, processes and technology
    • A deep and up-to-date understanding of best practice applications design; experience of complex applications development projects and E2E systems integration
    • Past experience of designing systems or components, ideally on large projects (£5M)
    • Experience of working in projects through the end to end project lifecycle
    • Good overall knowledge of a broad range of technology and technology trends
    • Experience of complex and significant SAP (or IBM, Microsoft) n-tier implementations
    • Familiarity with working with 3rd party or offshore suppliers to ensure the delivery of high quality designs and code

    • Ability to work remotely and with wide range of stakeholders from business to IT
    • Ability to communicate complex architectural concepts in a simple manner and be able to communicate in business language.
    • Experience in being managed in a matrix environment
