    People Partner – Custodian for employee moments, ensuring satisfactory customer service

    HR Business Partnering: It’s important that our HR service is fully aligned to our business goals. Support the delivery of the HR strategy. This includes building talent supply, change management facilitation, organisational effectiveness, performance improvement, employee and industrial relations as well as human resource expertise
    Learning and Development: By identifying learning needs in our organisation, you will develop initiatives to ensure everyone develops to their full potential.
    Employee Relations: Full adherence to labour legislation is something we’re 100% committed to getting right. This will be your sole focus

    Reward: The key is to ensure that Unilever employees are rewarded according to sustained high performance, responsibility, output and high potential.
    Organisational Effectiveness: Taking an overview of our organisation, you will specialise in development, change initiatives and structural progress within our business.

    Minimum Requirements:

    • Completed 3 Year University degree in any discipline with preference for BComm, BBS, BPsych, BSocSc​
    • Completed 4 Year BTech Degree (NQF Level 7) in any discipline with preference for BTech HR Management

    Information technology and digital programs are the cornerstone of business success. As an IT Unilever Future Leader (UFLP) you will lead Unilever in enabling innovation, delivering change, and ensuring technology stability for our company’s success. An IT professional at Unilever learns and masters the changing technology landscape to improve operations and keep Unilever at the forefront of change. This rotational opportunity will give you exposure to new technology and allow you to directly influence the path that Unilever takes.

    You will not be alone in this effort. Unilever employs industry leading professionals in every area of our business. You will learn and become a synergizing force for knowledge and change in this role.

    Minimum Requirements:

    • Completed 3 Year University degree in any discipline with preference for BSc Computer Science, BEng Industrial, BEng Electronic, BEng Computers or Informatics

    Key Responsibilities:

    Engineering Manufacturing and Processing: We need to turn raw materials into finished products. In engineering, you’ll be responsible for design, operation and maintenance of our leading edge, highly automated manufacturing plants. Efficiency is key to being able to meet the demands of customers and consumers

    Minimum Requirements:

    • Completed 4 Year University degree in Sciences, Engineering (all except Civil & Metallurgy)

    • Completed 4 Year BTech Degree (NQF Level 7) in Engineering (except Civil & Metallurgy, BTech Supply chain)
