    Technical Support Specialist

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Provide tech support for all C&I issues reported and ensure resolution
    • Taking ownership of reported issues and seeing problems through to resolution
    • Ensure all service requests are logged for tracking & reporting purposes.
    • Track and update all the calls on ticket logging system.
    • Track, compile and report out the SLA stats on a weekly basis.
    • Work closely with internal and external teams to track & resolve the tickets
    • Following standard procedures for proper escalation of unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams
    • Train the internal and external teams on the products/ solution offered in line with the department objectives
    • Run quality audit and inspection on sites as part of quality management program
    • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to support product rollouts.
    • Follow up with internal stakeholders and customers, provide feedback and see problems through to resolution.
    • Participate in Problem Management to help detecting recurrent and major incidents, contribute to the problem analysis and resolution and documentation

    PERSONAL QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENC

    Education/achievements   

    • Degree in Electronics or Electronics & Comm or Electro-Mechanical Engineering.
    • Proficiency in SQL.         
    • Good understanding of databases

    Experience/Knowledge        

    • 3-5 years’ experience in a similar role.
    • Clear understanding of integration processes and methods as well as understanding of networking.
    • Understanding of dataflow and communication protocols
    • Strong analytical skills
    • Excellent written and verbal communication in English
    • Experience from the similar industry
    • Understanding of Mechanical operations

    Helpdesk Analyst

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Responsible for the first level support of customers and distributors in the region by responding to their requests and resolving their issues in a timely manner.
    • Respond to requests for technical assistance via logged tickets, emails, or phone.
    • Research customer’s inquiries and questions using available information resources and advise customers on best practice and actions.
    • Follow standard help desk process and procedures.
    • Log all help desk calls in the helpdesk tool, properly classify them and keep them updated at all times.
    • Diagnose remotely and provide basic troubleshooting of the issue reported.
    • Collect the needed data from the customer to troubleshoot the issue.
    • Properly escalate on time unresolved queries to the next level of support.
    • Track, route and redirect problems to correct teams and resources.
    • Manage support through 3rd parties.
    • Provide updates to the customers on the progress and results of the troubleshooting.
    • Follow up with internal stakeholders and customers, provide feedback and see problems through to resolution.
    • Participate in Problem Management to help detecting recurrent and major incidents, contribute to the problem analysis and resolution and documentation.
    • Utilize excellent customer service skills and exceed customers’ expectations.
    • Ensure proper recording, documentation, resolution and closure of all issues.
    • Develop and grow knowledge of help desk procedures, products and services.
    • Monitor and report on all related help desk KPI’s to meet and exceed the target from initial response, remote fix rate, first time fix, resolution time and SLA targets.
    • Raise quotations and follow up on outstanding purchase orders. Ensure all quotations fully reflect cost.

    Education/achievements   

    • Electrical Engineering Certificate        
    • Infield experience for remote support

    Experience/Knowledge      

    • 3+ years of experience in Software / Hardware Help Desk support environments
    • Follow support process in multiple production environments and architecture platforms
    • Demonstrated ability to manage customers and deliver services to the SLAs
    • Demonstrated ability to engage and drive 3rd parties
    • Excellent written and verbal communication in English.

    Support Assistant

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    Opening and Closing Procedures:

    • Unlock all doors at the start of the day and lock them at the end of business hours to secure the premises
    • Verify that all office spaces, meeting rooms, and storage areas are securely locked after cleaning or before leaving for the day

    General Office Cleaning and Maintenance:

    • Dust and sanitize all work surfaces, including desks, tables, shelves, and cabinets
    • Vacuum and clean carpets and rugs to remove dust, dirt, and debris. Conduct deep carpet cleaning as needed
    • Wipe down all glass surfaces, including windows, mirrors, and glass doors, to ensure they are spotless and streak-free
    • Clean printers, computers, and office equipment to prevent dust buildup and improve longevity
    • Sanitize door handles, light switches, and shared office equipment to maintain a hygienic workspace

    Kitchen and Appliance Cleaning:

    • Clean and disinfect all kitchen surfaces, including countertops, sinks, and backsplashes
    • Empty and clean the refrigerator and microwave weekly to prevent odors and food buildup
    • Sanitize small appliances (e.g., coffee machine, toaster) after daily use and ensure they are turned off and unplugged if required
    • Wash and organize all kitchenware, including plates, utensils, and mugs, daily

    Restroom and Sanitation Maintenance:

    • Clean and disinfect toilets, sinks, and counters to ensure a hygienic environment
    • Refill soap, toilet paper, hand towels, and other necessary supplies as needed to avoid shortages
    • Check and clean restroom bins regularly, replacing liners and disposing of trash appropriately
    • Conduct regular checks throughout the day to ensure restrooms are tidy, stocked, and safe to use

    Plant and Greenery Care:

    • Water indoor plants regularly and check soil moisture to maintain plant health
    • Remove dead leaves and report any signs of pest infestations or plant health concerns to management

    Meeting Room Preparation and Refreshments:

    • Set up coffee, tea, water, and snacks for meetings, ensuring refreshments are available and neatly presented
    • Check that meeting rooms are clean and organized before and after each use 
    • Clean whiteboards, replace markers if needed, and ensure all presentation equipment is ready

    Inventory Management and Office Supplies:

    • Monitor and order office supplies (e.g., stationery, paper towels, toiletries) to prevent shortages
    • Organize storage areas to ensure supplies are accessible and accounted for 
    • Work with office management to keep track of inventory levels and make recommendations for bulk purchases if necessary

    Health and Safety Compliance: 

    • Wear the required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), including gloves, masks, and any other necessary gear, depending on tasks 
    • Report any unsafe conditions or acts observed within the office, such as spills, broken equipment, or potential hazards, to management promptly
    • Follow proper disposal procedures for hazardous materials (if any) and use safe cleaning products in designated areas only

    Storage and Cupboard Maintenance:

    • Clean and organize all storage cupboards and cabinets regularly, ensuring all items are neatly arranged and accessible
    • Rotate supplies as needed, checking for expiration dates on any items (e.g., cleaning agents) and ensuring expired products are disposed of safely

    Waste Management:

    • Empty trash bins daily throughout the office, restrooms, kitchen, and common areas
    • Separate recyclables from general waste and place them in designated recycling bins
    • Ensure all waste is disposed of according to office protocols and local waste disposal regulations

    Specialized Cleaning Tasks: 

    • Deep clean hard floors by mopping, polishing, or buffing as required
    • Clean air vents and filters to promote better air quality within the office 
    • Spot clean carpets, upholstery, and high-traffic areas as needed to maintain a fresh appearance.

    Education / Achievement

    • Grade 12

    Experience / Knowledges

    • At least 5 years of experience in an corporate cleaning role
