Job Description

• The Fund Admin role is crucial in maintaining the smooth operation of Zensar's financial services. You will be responsible for administering and managing a range of funds, ensuring compliance with regulations and providing excellent customer service. This role offers an opportunity to work with a diverse range of financial products and gain valuable experience in the industry.

Responsibilities

• Administer Retirement, Pension, and Provident Funds, ensuring accurate record-keeping and timely processing of contributions and withdrawals.
• Process and manage claims, renewals, and new business, following established procedures and guidelines.
• Handle bank administration tasks, including fund transfers, reconciliations, and maintaining accurate records.
• Administer investment portfolios, monitoring performance, and ensuring compliance with investment strategies.
• Manage risk products, specifically death and funeral claims, by processing claims, verifying documents, and ensuring prompt payments.
• Assist with customer onboarding, providing support and guidance to new clients, and ensuring a smooth transition.
• Handle policy anniversary administration, sending out renewal notices, and managing policy updates.
• Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure accurate financial reporting and record-keeping.
• Stay updated with industry regulations and best practices, implementing any necessary changes.
• Provide excellent customer service, responding to inquiries, and resolving issues promptly.

Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field is preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in fund administration, preferably in a financial services or insurance company.
• Knowledge of retirement, pension, and provident fund regulations and processes.
• Familiarity with investment administration and portfolio management.
• Strong understanding of risk products, especially death and funeral claims processing.
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in using MS Office and fund administration software.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
• A proactive and customer-centric approach to work.

Job Description

• Analysing requirements and designing software components, under supervision, that meet business requirements and standards.
• Building the foundational building blocks of the software product's continuous integration and continuous delivery pipeline.
• Ensuring adequate functional and non-functional quality gates exist throughout the pipeline.
• Understand the requirements that must be met in the design of a feature.
• Understands the compliance requirements related to the Secure Development Lifecycle, Data Protection, and Threat Modelling.
• Understands the team standards for design documentation. Understands software design standards and patterns in software design.
• Understands the development standards, SDLC and software development methodology.
• Knows how to ensure quality and adequate test coverage for integrated software components.
• Understand and optimise performance and security for integrated software components.
• Knowledge of more than one technology
• Understands basic capabilities of automated pipelines.
• Fully understands the results of existing pipelines and the artifacts generated.
• Understands the key infrastructure required for the running of a software component. Rudimentary knowledge of containers.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain Celonis data models, transformations, and dashboards
• Create Process Data Models (PDMs) and optimize data pipelines
• Design KPIs, analyses, and visualizations using Celonis tools (Analysis, Action Flows)
• Integrate data from various systems (SAP, databases, APIs) into Celonis
• Ensure data quality, performance optimization, and scalability
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and consultants to implement solutions

Qualifications

Required Skills:

• Experience with Celonis EMS platform
• Strong SQL and data modeling skills
• Knowledge of ETL processes and data integration
• Understanding of business processes (Finance, Procurement, etc.)
• Basic scripting (Python or similar preferred)
