    Farm Manager - Blueberries, Tomatoes & Honey

    MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

    • Degree/Diploma in Agriculture, Horticulture, Agribusiness, or related.
    • Minimum 10 years of farm management experience, ideally with high-value crops.
    • Strong understanding of tunnel farming, fertigation, irrigation systems, and cold chain logisti
    • Knowledge of value-added processing, honey production, or small-scale agri-processing is a plus.
    • Experience managing packhouse and export processes (especially blueberries) is an advantage

    KEY SKILLS REQUIRED

    • Excellent organizational and leadership skills
    • Problem-solving and adaptive thinking
    • Understanding of farm budgets and input planning
    • Proficiency in basic tech (Excel, farm software, WhatsApp, drone apps a plus)

    Farm Manager - Ladysmith

    MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

    • Previous commercial farming management experience
    • Practical knowledge of crop and livestock production
    • Strong leadership and people-management skills
    • Ability to communicate effectively with staff and management
    • Zulu-speaking ability will be advantageous
    • Valid driver’s licence
    • Basic computer literacy and sound record-keeping skills
    • Strong organisational and administrative abilities
    • Hard-working, reliable and willing to work flexible hours, including weekends when required
    • Good problem-solving and decision-making skills
    • Ability to work independently and take ownership of responsibilities

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Oversee and manage all day-to-day farm activities and operations
    • Lead, manage and motivate farm staff and teams
    • Manage crop production including seed potatoes, maize, soya and cabbages
    • Oversee livestock management and general animal husbandry
    • Plan and manage irrigation schedules and water usage
    • Coordinate and manage crop spraying schedules and applications
    • Maintain accurate financial, operational and administrative records
    • Monitor farm inputs, stock, equipment and general resources
    • Identify operational problems and implement practical solutions
    • Ensure work is carried out efficiently, safely and to the required standards

    Estate Foreman

    MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

    • Agricultural Diploma/Degree advantageous
    • Min of 2 years previous farm management experience with the following points:
    • Vegetable farming
    • Horses
    • General farm work experience and knowledge
    • Computer literate
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Being maintenance orientated 
    • Must be neat, reliable and have sober habits
    • Valid driving license

    Group Financial Manager

    MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

    • Tertiary qualification in Finance/Accounting & Auditing or related qualification
    • Experience in the Agriculture industry preferred
    • MIN of 5 years’ experience in accounting/internal auditing
    • Computer literate
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills
    • Exceptional attention to detail and numerical reasoning skills

    Maintenance Coordinator

    MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

    • Relevant N3 Fitter or electrician, NQF4 Fitter or electrician qualification
    • At least 3 years’ experience in a similar position
    • Willing to work irregular/night shift and long hours (as required in the packing industry)

    • Experience in cold room maintenance will be an advantage

    MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

    • Grade 12
    • Tertiary qualification in Accounting (B.Com / Diploma) or similar experience would be advantageous
    • MS Office
    • Experience with SAGE or similar software would be advantageous

    • Troubleshoot equipment issues and coordinate repairs when needed

    Lead and supervise

    • Provide clear direction to staff/crew
    • Support training and safe work practices
    • Maintain strong communication across the operation

    Problem-solving and troubleshooting

    • Identify issues early and implement clear communication to the senior management
    • Adapt to changing conditions (weather, workload, etc.)
