    Junior IT Support Technician

    This is how you WOW 

    • Provide exceptional technical support: Assist our team with daily IT needs, including troubleshooting computer issues, resolving network connectivity problems, and providing software support.
    • Maintain IT infrastructure: Help monitor and maintain our IT infrastructure, including servers, PCs, network devices, and backups.
    • Support Microsoft and Google Environments: Gain experience working with both Microsoft and Google Workspace environments, providing assistance to users on both platforms.
    • Learn and grow: Expand your knowledge of IT security, firewalls, and network management while working alongside experienced professionals.
    • Document and train: Contribute to maintaining up-to-date procedure documents and training materials.
    • Collaborate effectively: Work closely with our team to ensure optimal uptime of our IT infrastructure and provide timely resolutions to support calls.

    It would be WOW if you would bring this in

    • Education: A degree or 3-year diploma in Information Technology, A+ and Network+ Certifications are a plus
    • Experience: Ideally 2 to 3 years work experience with in an IT Technician role
    • Technical Skills: Familiarity with Microsoft software, Google Workspace, and basic networking concepts.
    • Problem-Solving Ability: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve technical issues.
    • Valid Driver’s License: Required for on-site repairs and support

    Field Technician

    This is how you WOW

    • Repair and maintain a variety of Kärcher industrial and retail machines to ensure optimal functionality.
    • Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues to identify and resolve problems efficiently.
    • Conduct on-site service calls and provide emergency repair support for customers as needed.
    • Perform installations of new equipment, ensuring setup and calibration are done to the highest standards.
    • Keep accurate service records and provide feedback on common faults and customer concerns.
    • Maintain a clean and safe working environment while adhering to safety protocols 

    It would be WOW if you would bring this in

    • Experience: 4+ years in a hands-on service technician role, with a focus on machinery repair.
    • Technical Expertise: Strong mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic repair skills.
    • Problem-Solving Ability: Quick thinking and resourceful when it comes to diagnosing and fixing equipment issues.
    • Customer Service Focus: Able to communicate technical issues and solutions effectively with clients.
    • Valid Driver’s License: Required for on-site repairs and support
