Provide exceptional technical support: Assist our team with daily IT needs, including troubleshooting computer issues, resolving network connectivity problems, and providing software support.
Maintain IT infrastructure: Help monitor and maintain our IT infrastructure, including servers, PCs, network devices, and backups.
Support Microsoft and Google Environments: Gain experience working with both Microsoft and Google Workspace environments, providing assistance to users on both platforms.
Learn and grow: Expand your knowledge of IT security, firewalls, and network management while working alongside experienced professionals.
Document and train: Contribute to maintaining up-to-date procedure documents and training materials.
Collaborate effectively: Work closely with our team to ensure optimal uptime of our IT infrastructure and provide timely resolutions to support calls.

Education: A degree or 3-year diploma in Information Technology, A+ and Network+ Certifications are a plus
Experience: Ideally 2 to 3 years work experience with in an IT Technician role
Technical Skills: Familiarity with Microsoft software, Google Workspace, and basic networking concepts.
Problem-Solving Ability: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve technical issues.
Valid Driver’s License: Required for on-site repairs and support
