    Branch Manager - Durban

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Overseeing all branch operations, ensuring efficient day-to-day functioning.
    • Leading, training, and motivating branch employees, including hiring and performance evaluations.
    • Support sales activities by ensuring high standards of customer service and satisfaction.
    • Oversee stock control processes, including receiving, storing, and dispatching stock accurately.
    • Ensuring customers receive high-quality service and resolving any issues or complaints that may arise
    • Monitor branch performance metrics.
    • Address operational issues, implement solutions, and ensure adherence to company policies.
    • Ensuring the branch follows all relevant regulations, company policies, and industry standards.

    Knowledge and Abilities:

    • Knowledge of stock management, sales support, and administrative processes.
    • Understand customer service principles and practices.
    • Lead and motivate a team to achieve operational and sales targets.
    • Effectively manage time, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

    Panel Technician (Internship)

    Key Responsibilities:

    Wiring:

    • Interpret and execute wiring diagrams, blueprints, and electrical schematics.
    • Perform wiring and cable routing within control panels according to specifications.
    • Ensure all wiring meets industry standards and safety regulations.

    Assembly:

    • Assemble electrical control panels, including mounting components such as relays, circuit breakers, switchgear and other hardware.
    • Utilize hand and power tools to secure components to back panels and enclosures.
    • Label all components and wiring accurately for easy identification and maintenance.

    Testing:

    • Conduct functional testing on assembled panels to ensure proper operation.
    • Use testing equipment such as power tools, multimeters, continuity testers, and other diagnostic tools.
    • Identify and correct any issues found during testing to ensure panels meet quality standards.

    Quality Control:

    • Inspect panels for defects and ensure compliance with design specifications.
    • Maintain a clean and organized work environment to prevent contamination and errors.
    • Document all work performed and complete necessary quality assurance paperwork.

    Troubleshooting:

    • Diagnose and repair issues with panels during the assembly and testing phases.
    • Collaborate with engineering and production teams to resolve technical problems.
    • Provide feedback to improve design and manufacturing processes.

    Qualifications and Experience:

    • Experience: No experience needed 
    • Education: Grade 12 Certificate or equivalent.

    Knowledge, Abilities and Physical Requirements:

    • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
    • Attention to detail and high level of precision in work.
    • Basic understanding of electrical theory and components.
    • Ability to lift and carry up to 25 Kilograms.
    • Ability to stand, sit, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods.
    • Good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.

    Marketing Manager

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Lead and manage the marketing team, consisting of a Web Designer, Graphic Designer, and Multimedia Content Creator, to deliver cohesive and impactful marketing campaigns.
    • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and sales growth.
    • Oversee all digital marketing initiatives, including website management, social media, email marketing, SEO strategies, and content marketing.
    • Manage advertising and promotional campaigns in coordination with external agencies.
    • Analyse market trends, customer insights, and competitor strategies to identify opportunities for growth.
    • Plan and manage marketing budgets to optimise return on investment.

    • Experience: At least 5 years of proven experience in a marketing management role, preferably in a product-based or distribution environment.
    • Digital Marketing Expertise: Proficiency in managing digital marketing platforms (Google Analytics, SEO tools, social media advertising, etc.).
    • Technical Skills: Experience with CRM software and marketing automation tools.
    • Project Management: Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, with a track record of delivering results within deadlines.
    • Leadership: Proven experience leading and developing a team of marketing professionals, with strong people management skills.
