    Key Performance Output

    The successful candidate will be reporting to the Manager Maintenance Engineering, and will be responsible but not limited to the following:

    • Provide input into maintenance planning, scheduling and execution of assets.
    • Ensure safe planned and unplanned maintenance activities.
    • Execute safe planned and unplanned maintenance activities.
    • Provide input into the development of maintenance planning programme and execution thereof.
    • Manage Service Level Agreements (Maintenance and Supply).
    • Utilise Enterprise Asset Management System.
    • Conduct continuous audit and quality control (activities and contractual) and implement remedial actions where required.
    • Effectively keep record of all contractor interactions.
    • Adhere to relevant statutory and legislative regulations, Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's), operational standards, policies and practices.
    • Ensure compliance to relevant statutory and legislative regulations, Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's), operational standards, policies and practices.
    • Provide relevant and specialised technical support in area of expertise to relevant stakeholders to ensure achievement of objectives.
    • Consult and give support in facilities management services.
    • Ensure implementation of continuous improvement of equipment / infrastructure.
    • Conduct studies and make recommendations on upgrades / replacement of assets.

    Technical Skills and Experience

    The following skills and experience or the equivalent of such will be required: 

    • National Diploma in Building environment or Civil Engineering Diploma is essential.
    • 1- 3 years’ operational experience in building is essential. 
    • Code B; Motor vehicle licence.

    Car Park Attendant.REG UPN.Airport Operations (Airport Management)(P70001)

    Key Performance Outputs

    The successful candidate, reporting to the Senior Operation Coordinator will be responsible for the following:

    • Patrol Car Park areas to monitor functionality and cleanliness of car park equipment and report non-compliance.
    • Remove coin and note jams from pay stations as and when required.
    • Follow up on all reported non-compliance to ensure remedial action has been taken.
    • Notify relevant personnel in case of emergencies.
    • Routine inspections, maintenance and reporting of equipment.
    • Monitor and report non-compliance in terms of infrastructure.
    • Participate in ad hoc services as and when required.
    • Ensure proper handover to next shift to limit disruptions.
    • Assist customers with equipment related issues to ensure minimum interruption of traffic flow.
    • Assist customers with card payments and change when required.
    • Replenish change at pay stations as and when required.
    • Manage and reconcile the daily float.
    • Adhere to relevant statutory/legislative regulations, Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), operational standards, policies and practices.

    Technical Skills and Experience

    The following skills and experience or the equivalent of such, will be required: 

    • The successful candidate must have a valid Matric (Grade 12) qualification.
    • 1 year experience in airport operations is essential
    • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office packages. 
    • Code B driver’s license
