    Payroll Administrator

    Key Performance Output

    The successful candidate will be reporting to Senior Payroll Officer, and will be responsible but not limited to the following:

    • Processing of allocated transactions in HR administration support services.
    • Record and Maintain HR data on the HRIS in a timely and accurate manner.
    • Co-ordination of all HR support services.
    • Serve as a single point of contact for HR requests and queries.
    • Propose methods and interventions for improving customer service.
    • Verification of input captured, ensure compliance in line with the approved processes and systems and relevant legislation and policies
    • Obtain information, check for accuracy and capture data.
    • File documents per procedure.
    • Provision of timely and accurate reports in accordance with business and management requirements.
    • Adhere to statutory regulations, organisational standards, policies and procedures.
    • Report non-compliance and implement corrective actions to ensure compliance.
    • Build, support and maintain interpersonal and team relationships to ensure stable working environment and achievement of team objectives.

    Technical Skills and Experience

    The following skills and experience or the equivalent of such will be required: 

    • National Senior Certificate (Grade 12) is essential.
    • Certificate in Human Resource Management/Payroll is recommended.
    • 1-2 years operational Data capturing in payroll environment essential.
    • South African Borad of People Practices (recommended)
    • Microsoft Office at advanced level.
    • Code B; Motor vehicle licence is essential.

    Electrician.REG KPA.Electrical / Energy (Technical)(G53701)

    Key Performance Output

    The successful candidate, reporting to the Electrical Technician will be responsible for the following:

    • Ensure implementation of continuous improvement of the equipment/infrastructure.
    • Consult and give support in commissioning and testing of assets.
    • Conduct studies and make recommendations on upgrades/replacements of assets.
    • Adhere to relevant statutory/legislative regulations, SOP's, operational standards, policies and practices.
    • Provide Input into allocated budget.
    • Utilisation of enterprise asset management system.
    • Participate in root cause analysis.
    • Execute safe planned and unplanned maintenance activities.
    • Monitor quality of maintenance work and escalate inefficiencies.
    • Provide input into project design.
    • Initiate purchase requisition.
    • Provide input into incident reports.
    • Identify and report possible efficiency enhancements and initiatives to ensure resource savings.
    • Build, support and maintain healthy diverse internal (peers, unions, team) as well as external (service providers etc.) relationships and implement remedial actions where required to ensure achievement of organisational goals.
    • Plan, schedule, supervise and coach subordinate activities within processes or services to achieve efficiency and quality goals.
    • Assure stable employee relations by managing conflict and creating a positive working environment.

    Technical Skills and Experience

    The following skills and experience or the equivalent of such will be required:

    • National Certificate in Technical, Electrical is Essential
    • Trade Test in Relevant Area is Essential.
    • Driver’s License Code EB is essential
    • National Diploma an added advantage.
    • 2 years Maintenance Operational experience is Essential.
    • 1-2 years supervisory Maintenance experience is Recommended
    • MS Office proficiency at basic level

    Safety Compliance Officer.INT ORT.Safety (Safety / Security / Environment and Quality - SEQ)(R20001)

    Key Performance Output

       The successful candidate will be reporting to the Senior Airside Coordinator and will be responsible but not limited to the following:

    • Implement team operational plans to ensure defined objectives are met.
    • Ensure compliance to all applicable legislation, international, local and company standards, policies and procedures.
    • Create and maintain a safe operating environment for all Stakeholders.
    • Conduct compliance inspections, report on and follow-up to ensure that non-conformances/compliance have been addressed.
    • Respond to incidents and accidents, conduct preliminary investigation, root cause analysis and recommend corrective actions.
    • Obtain information, check for accuracy and capture data. File documents per procedure.
    • Train and conduct relevant Safety campaigns with the airport community.
    • Identify and provide feedback on cost saving initiatives within area of control.
    • Build, support and maintain interpersonal and team relationships to ensure stable working environment and achievement of team objectives.

    Technical Skills and Experience

    The following skills and experience will be required: 

    • Diploma in Safety Management, Environmental management/natural sciences is essential
    • Bachelor’s degree in Safety Management, Environmental management/natural sciences is recommended 
    • 1-2 years Operational experience in Safety / Environmental / Risk Management / Public Health is Essential
    • 1-2 years Operational experience in Construction Management is recommended
    • 2 years Operational experience in Safety management in an airport environment is recommended
    • Valid Code B driver’s license
    • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office packages

    Project CAD Officer.INT ORT.Project Management and Advisory Services (Technical)(H50001)

    Key Performance Outputs

    The successful candidate will be reporting to the Chief Airport Planner and will be responsible for but not limited to the following:

    • Draft design/proposals obtained from Project team, prepare draft design drawings in accordance with approved standards, accurately.
    • Ensure that all drawings utilized by the business unit (projects) are up to date and archived
    • Receive and ensure that project As-builds and/or construction data comply with ACSA standard.
    • Create and compile project As-builds according to the approved procedures and ensure that all relevant documentation is accurately recorded in the company system.
    • Create management CAD information in support of project teams
    • Gather, capture and disseminate information pertaining to project CAD documents, set up and maintain the database.
    • Receive finalized CAD drawings on project closures and handover to IAM CAD administration Build, support and maintain healthy, diverse internal and external relationships to ensure achievement of organisational goals.
    • Implement remedial actions where required 
    • Adhere to and ensure adherence to statutory regulations, organisational standards, policies and procedures.
    • Report non-compliance and implement corrective actions to ensure compliance
    • Obtain information, check for accuracy and capture data.
    • File documents per procedure.
    • Provide built environment-related management information i.e. spatial plans, schedules etc.
    • Interface with group CAD drawing office

    Technical Skills and Experience

    The following skills and experience or the equivalent of such, will be required:

    • Diploma (3 years - 360 credits) built environment is essential. 
    • AutoCAD certificate is essential
    • Built environment counsel registration is advantageous
    • 1-2 years operational experience in CAD is essential.
    • Built environment voluntary association is recommended.
