Job Description
Leading and working together with a development team, responsible for producing viable functional specifications in preparation for the construction of a service or information system. Undertakes the methodical investigation, analysis, and documentation of the element in terms of business functions and processes, and the information they use. May be responsible for training users in new systems implementation. May be responsible for assisting Application Support personnel in problem solving and resolution. Plays an extremely important role in motivation the Team in ensuring project success. May have responsibility for supervision and mentoring of trainee and more junior Business Analysts. Must have testing experience and willing to look into some automation.
Qualifications
BA Qualification (e.g. FTI BA Diploma)
5+ Years in Business Analysis
Excellent understanding of Business Analysis methodologies
Excellent understanding of Different phases in Project lifecycle.
Management Information Systems Experience
Understanding of Project Management methodologies
High Level of Emotional Intelligence must be display
Experience in working/managing development teams
Experience in working under pressure and achieving deadlines
Experience in Product Presentations.
Excellent time management skills
Excellent documentation and writing skills

Job Description
To research, analyze and evaluate requirements for existing or new software applications and designs, develops, tests and maintains software solutions.
Constructs and implements software platforms at Application and enterprise sub-system level and understands system functionality at enterprise sub-system level. Object-orientated as well as functional programming mindset and will generally be proficient in two or more programming languages and adheres to standards set out by the senior and tech lead developers within the team. Understands and interprets complex technical system specifications. Participates in JAD sessions. Designs, codes, and tests and debugs programs according to program specifications. Produces technical and user documentation. May have responsibility for supervision and mentoring of trainee and more junior Programmers. Has responsibility for quality code walk-through. Understands working as part of a project team.

Matric Certificate
Degree or Diploma in Software Development or Computer Science
3+ Years Software Development/Programming Experience
Significant experience could replace the need for formal education.
Experience in SDLC
Experience in Jira and Confluence or other ticketing system

Qualifications
Degree or equivalent standard, with a high mathematical content e.g. Mathematics, Statistics, Operations Research (O.R.), Economics, Physical Sciences.

Support the Project Delivery carrying out elements of software configuration, and testing to develop Decision Analytics solutions. Actively seeks to ensure a high standard of deliverables across the life of a project, with the emphasis on ‘right first time’.
Qualifications
Degree equivalent standard with a high numeric and/or IT content.
Typically requires a minimum of 2 years related experience
Additional Information
• Significant experience of software solution design and configuration.
• Experiences in the use of Experian software configuration tools and general purpose IT packages and of delivering several complex software solutions across more than one industry vertical.
• Understanding the capabilities of the EDA product range and ability to assist clients in implementing and testing new solutions.
• Understanding and experience of the DA delivery lifecycle for applicable Experian DA solutions.
• Demonstrates ability to consider a delivery in its entirety in order to achieve comprehensive test result success.
• Will look to automate, reuse and expedite test process in line with KPI targets.
• Understanding of systems, processes, applications and technology supporting applicable Experian DA solutions and how they support/impact solutions.
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills, good oral and written communication skills. Fluency in spoken and written English
• Ability to travel.
