    Market Research & Insights Analyst - Hillcrest

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Conduct comprehensive market research to identify trends, opportunities, and potential risks
    • Support Kerry’s Insights led Innovation approach to selling by developing market and consumer insights to help shape & sharpen our value propositions and messaging
    • Analyze customer portfolios to identify opportunities to leverage
    • Perform gap analysis to identify areas for improvement and growth in our market presence
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather relevant data and insights
    • Utilize statistical methods and data visualization tools to present findings effectively
    • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics
    • Translate research findings into actionable insights that contribute to strategic decision-making
    • Assist in the development of marketing strategies based on market intelligence
    • Regularly update stakeholders on market trends and competitive landscape
    • Stay abreast of emerging technologies and methodologies in market research and insights

    Qualifications, Skills & Experience:

    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Studies or related field with a minimum of 2 - 3 years' experience in market research, insights analysis, or a related role
    • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to translate data into strategic recommendations
    • Proficiency in using market research tools, data analysis software, and Microsoft Office Suite
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills
    • Problem-Solving - enquiring mind, lateral thinking
    • Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality work within deadlines
    • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
    • Project management and cross functional team working - Able to prioritize projects and work seamlessly with various stakeholders
    • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a hyper speed environment
    • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
    • Some experience in the Food & Beverages, marketing or B2B marketing environment preferred but not essential

    Mechanical Fitter (Hammarsdale)

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Execute repairs and maintenance in the plant 
    • Ensure planned maintenance is carried out within BOP
    • Execute planned and unplanned maintenance activities
    • Ensure for the safe and functional operation of machinery and mechanical equipment
    • Provide continuous process support
    • Trouble shooting and rectify faults occurring due to failure of mechanical equipment
    • Monitor the working environment and report any abnormalities found
    • Plant and equipment inspection and defect reporting
    • Installation of equipment
    • Physically monitor and control the production process
    • Examine equipment and complete safety checklist
    • Report all at risk behaviors and unsafe conditions to the line manager
    • Conduct visual inspections on the process and equipment 

    Qualifications, Skills & Experience:

    • Trade tested and qualified (Artisan Minimum N3) with a minimum of 3 - 5 years' experience in Food or FMCG industry
    • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in the maintenance of gearboxes, conveyors, and food processing equipment
    • Physically able
    • Willing to make a contribution as a member of the operations team
    • Knowledge of pneumatics/hydraulics 
    • Basic electricity and rigging experience will be an advantage
