• We are seeking a highly driven and detail-oriented Patient Engagement Specialist to support an international healthcare client. This role focuses on guiding patients through the clinical trial enrollment journey, ensuring clear communication, strong support, and seamless coordination between patients and study sites.

Key Roles / Duties

• Conduct patient outreach via calls, texts, and emails to share study details, confirm appointments, and send reminders
• Assist patients with gathering, organizing, and submitting required medical records
• Re-engage patients who are lost-to-follow-up or have missed appointments
• Coordinate with study sites to support scheduling and resolve patient-specific issues
• Track and document reasons for delays or drop-offs to improve engagement and retention
• Partner with recruitment teams to ensure a smooth handover into engagement and randomization
• Maintain accurate and compliant documentation of all patient interactions
• Adhere strictly to HIPAA, GCP, IRB, and company compliance standards
• Support study readiness through workflow confirmation and patient-facing communication
• Perform additional duties to ensure patients progress successfully through enrollment

Requirements and Qualifications

• Matric
• Certified Medical Assistant or 2 years relevant experience (preferred)
• Bilingual candidates are advantageous
• Prior experience in a medical environment and/or sales is beneficial
• Minimum 1 year contact center experience
• Experience working in a KPA / target-driven environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• No criminal record and clear credit

• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment.
• Exceptional organizational and customer service skills.
• Familiarity with HIPAA and compliance regulations is a bonus.
