    OUTsurance Broker East London

    Role Overview

    • Our business product offering has grown significantly over the years which has led to the development of the OUTsurance Broker Tied Agent Model.
    • The incumbent of this position will be responsible for growing and developing the business insurance portfolio by building a book of short-term insurance. The individual will sell personal lines and Commercial lines by prospecting and canvassing for new business sales.

    Drive-in-Centre Assessor (DIC)- Claims Motor Accident Assessing (Centurion)

    Job Description

    • The Claims Motor Assessing Drive-in Centre (DIC) Assessor is responsible to determine quantum and merit of damages sustained in an incident to drivable vehicles

    Minimum Requirements:

    • Matric
    • Qualified Panel beater, Spray Painter or Motor Mechanic
    • Minimum 2 years assessing or estimating experience
    • Must be a professional VDQ member
    • Leadership, Management and or Insurance related studies completed or in progress will be beneficial

    Responsibilities:

    • Assessing claims on a daily basis
    • Monitor and manage the average repair cost as well as the quality of their own assessments
    • Dealing with customer complaints and ad-hoc queries
    • Analysing of own data to ensure meeting targets
    • Good understanding of performance KPI’s
    • Liaise with service providers, clients and advisors
    • Conduct all the above to the required performance and quality standards that are in place

    Qualifications

    • Matric
