Overview:

Responsible for all electrical, fault finding and repairs in the plant and site. To improve equipment efficiency to achieve planned production targets, training operations personnel, and proactively improving the reliability of equipment. 

Responsibilities:

• Ensuring machine up time as per required standard.
• Machine repairs to resolve root cause as well as production support when it comes to machine up time and availability.
• Regular machine inspection and fault finding and determining of faults that may give rise to break downs.
• Quality, ensuring good quality products are produced
• Personal Ownership for Production Efficiencies
• Machine services (Planned maintenance) done with Speed and to high standard of workmanship

Experience you’ll bring:

• Qualified Electrician/Qualified Millwright 
• A diploma or N6 in electrical engineering from a recognized institution NQF level 6 
• Min. 5 years Electrical experience in an FMCG environment /Some level of supervisory experience
• Knowledge of EX- ATEX systems will be an added advantage
• Sound PLC systems knowledge and fault finding.
• Electrical fault finding.
• Read and understand electrical drawings and diagrams.
• Workshop exposure – Lathes and Machine tools.
• Knowledge of Pneumatics, instrumentation and electrical fault finding
• Full knowledge about SHEQ principles

• Understand OEE importance and Maintenance contribution to it.

About the role:

• The purpose of this role is to be the key business partner for the Cluster Sales Director and Cluster Sales teams.

Responsibilities:

• Lead financial analysis in support of the marketing commercialization teams including analysis for new product launches, product launch post completion analysis, long term category planning with the Platform, and pricing analysis.
• Drive P&L improvement through mix analysis, sku reduction, ROI analysis on marketing spend, pricing etc.
• Drive Net Sales and Share through competitive response plans, share growth plans, and base business growth plans.
• Perform month-end activities including troubleshooting and ensuring appropriate reporting of customer and product P/L reporting (Product and customer profitability)
• Month end category profitability reporting
• Drive process for correct accounting of transacting in order to ensure appropriate reporting of various profit analysis in BI system.
• Ad-hoc requests from cluster and Platform marketing commercialization teams and or the Cluster Finance Director.

Experience you’ll bring:

• Minimum B Com / B Com Honours (SUBJECTS: Management Accounting /Financial Accounting  Financial Management)
• Minimum 5 -7 years’ experience in FMCG/Retail sales and marketing environment/finance business partnership/support role
• Strong Business Intelligence tool experience (BW, Qlickview, Essbase, BPC)
• ERP (SAP would be an advantage), database reporting systems
