    Job Summary

    • This role involves managing all customer transactions accurately and efficiently. The position is responsible for processing payments, handling cash, greeting customers, and issuing correct receipts and change.
    • The successful candidate will also maintain a clean and orderly checkout area and assist with general store duties, including stocking shelves, pricing items, and conducting stock takes.

    • This role involves delivering independent assurance and consulting services to strengthen TWK Agri’s control environment. As an Internal Audit Team Leader, you will play a key role in assessing and improving the TWK control environment, provide guidance to the audit team and assist in the overall Quality Assurance of the Internal Audit Department.

    • Perform Peer reviews on other Internal Audit teams to ensure compliance with the requirements of the IIA GIAS and in line with the TWK Internal Audit Methodology.
    • Oversee third-party IT service providers and ensure effective monitoring
    • Utilise data analytics for continuous monitoring, reporting, and fraud investigations

    Qualifications and Skills

    • Grade 12 / Matric
    • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Internal Audit or related field
    • Honour’s degree in a related field (advantageous)
    • Certified Information Auditor (CIA) qualification (advantageous)
    • Previous Inhouse Internal Audit Experience required
    • 10 years’ experience in Internal Auditing
