    Regional Key Account Manager

    Role Overview

    • We are looking for a results-driven Key Account Manager to manage regional key account activities across Spar and Pick n Pay.
    • The role is responsible for translating account strategy into strong regional execution, working closely with cross-functional teams, Sales Operations and agents to manage activity plans, drive distribution and sales initiatives, and deliver agreed commercial and financial objectives.
    • The successful candidate will combine strong commercial judgement, analytical capability and disciplined execution to improve sell-in, sell-out, profitability and trade-spend effectiveness.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Manage regional key account activities for Spar and Pick n Pay.
    • Partner with cross-functional teams to coordinate and execute regional activity grids and agent activities.
    • Work closely with Sales Operations to develop, maintain and execute customer account plans.
    • Manage account P&L and financial objectives in line with agreed budgets.
    • Track and improve sell-in and sell-out performance.
    • Drive distribution growth and execution of sales initiatives across the relevant regions.
    • Manage trade spend with a strong focus on return on investment.
    • Monitor regional sales opportunities and use data to identify actions that can improve performance.
    • Analyse FMCG data to understand brand and customer performance and support commercial decision-making.
    • Ensure regional initiatives are aligned with relevant route-to-market principles and channel strategies.

    Required Experience and Qualifications

    • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a Regional Key Account or similar commercial sales role.
    • Demonstrated experience managing regional activity grids and evaluating return on investment.
    • Strong track record of managing sell-in and sell-out performance.
    • Experience driving distribution and executing sales initiatives.
    • Three-year commercial degree or equivalent qualification.
    • Experience working with FMCG sales and performance data.

    • Sound understanding of route-to-market principles and channel strategies.

    Role Requirements

    • Full-time position.
    • Approximately 30% travel within South Africa

    Site Engineering Project Manager

    Overview:

    • SC Johnson is seeking a proactive and technically skilled Project Manager / Engineer at our Rosslyn manufacturing site. Reporting to the Site Engineering Manager, this role will support the execution of capital projects, process improvements, and new product development initiatives. The successful candidate will also play a key role in managing and implementing Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPAs) to support operational excellence and compliance.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Ensure all engineering activities are conducted in compliance with SC Johnson’s safety policies and regulatory standards.
    • Manage and execute capital and process improvement projects, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and implementation.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Production, Maintenance, Quality, Safety) and external vendors to ensure successful project execution.
    • Contribute to the development and implementation of engineering standards and best practices.
    • Provide technical input and feasibility assessments for new product development (NPD) projects, including equipment selection and cost estimation.
    • Lead or support the implementation of CAPAs, ensuring timely resolution of issues and sustainable improvements.
    • Maintain accurate and timely project records, reports, and documentation in line with global engineering requirements.

    Experience:

    • Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related field).
    • 3–5 years of engineering and project management experience, preferably in FMCG or manufacturing.
    • Experience with aerosol manufacturing is advantageous.
