    Stock Controller

    • Our client manufactures and exports premium Bedouin stretch tents and luxury glamping structures from their Cape Town factory to clients across Africa, Europe, and beyond. What You Will Be Doing

    • Receiving and verifying all incoming stock from suppliers against purchase orders
    • Issuing materials to the factory floor against job cards only, nothing leaves the stockroom without one
    • Managing 200-300 SKUs across fabric, rigging hardware, structural components, packaging, and accessories
    • Maintaining accurate min/max levels and raising reorder requests before stock becomes critical
    • Picking and verifying all outgoing orders, every component checked, every time, before dispatch

    • Low stock is flagged before it becomes a crisis
    • The stockroom is clean, labelled, and navigable by anyone on the team
