    Business Developer - Tech Startups - R450k/annum OTE

    About the role
    In this role you'll be responsible for identifying and reaching out to target accounts (large enterprise companies), creating highly personalised messaging, engaging key decision makers via phone and email, and qualifying high value opportunities.


    • University degree (in any field)
    • 1+ years experience in a B2B sales role
    • Comfortable reaching out to decision makers across channels such as email, LinkedIn, and phone
    • Excellent verbal and written english communication skills
    • Strong interest in the world of tech
    • High levels of motivation and enthusiasm
    • The following skills would be advantageous but are not essential:
    • Experience using a CRM such as Salesforce, Hubspot or Pipedrive
    • LinkedIn Sales Navigator
    • SalesLoft, Outreach or similar

    Sales Development Manager - R1M/annum OTE

    This role is an opportunity to take ownership of overall sales management at Delta-v and build and run SDR teams for UK and EU based companies. You’ll get exposure to a range of markets, verticals, products and sales motions across SaaS and FinTech. Initially you’ll be responsible for direct management of individual contributors, but as we grow this will evolve into managing managers.

    You'll be responsible for building and managing the SDR / BDR teams that we provide to our customers. This will include:

    • Hiring, coaching and managing teams of high potential sales / business development reps
    • Developing the sales, product and industry skills of team members
    • Developing sales processes and playbooks that drive optimal performance
    • Managing and constantly improving outbound sales motions
    • Managing customer relationships (SaaS & FinTech companies), and providing on-going sales advisory

    Essential skills and experience that you’ll bring to the role:

    • University degree
    • 5+ years B2B sales experience, selling complex services or products
    • 2+ years experience managing sales people
    • Consistent track record of achieving quota/sales targets in previous sales roles where you were an individual contributor
    • Deep knowledge of sales process and methods
    • Constant focus on learning and improving your sales skills (you should be a sales nerd)
