    Inventory Analyst

    Introduction

    The responsibility of this position is to manage inventory items and the daily inventory operations by analyzing inventory statistics and perform financial analytics.

    Job description

    • Inventory Analysis – Creating Dashboards, Stats, updating relevant stakeholders with availability, SOH, visibility, fast movers, slow moving, obsolete, lead times etc.
    • Forecast demand usage planning
    • Create visibility dashboards on back orders and open orders
    • Automate forecasting and demand management
    • Assessing the patterns related to replenishing stock and the ordering process
    • Daily, Weekly, Monthly view of ATM requirements with related stock
    • Stock Production plan with timelines, and clear picture of how the departments are tracking until the machines leave the WH
    • Small spares usage and optimisation nationally
    • Security Solutions and Lock operations automation
    • CRM – Installation and installation stock requirements, demand, forecast, dashboard
    • Implementation of WMS in ERP
    • Security Service Vandalism incident reporting automation – data analysis
    • Fleet Management Data Analysis – Dashboard
    • Responsible for cost vs. Benefit analysis, feasibility analysis, risk vs. Reward of operations team
    • Adhoc analysis of the network and operations
    • Daily / weekly / monthly reporting
    • Identifying and creating efficiencies
    •  Automation of all processes where appropriate

    Minimum requirements

    • Matric
    • Completed Engineering Degree
    • 0 - 2 years’ experience as an analyst in a similar role
    • High proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
    • Experience in implementation of WMS in ERP would be an advantage
    • Experience in report writing

    CRE in Durban

    Introduction

    The purpose of the position is to provide customer service and be a liaison between the company and its clients by conducting quality site visits, orientating new customers, retaining clients, carrying out departmental administration and resolving general client queries to ensure that clients are satisfied, ATMs are operating efficiently and that the existing company revenue is maintained and increased. There is a strong selling component to this position, all New CRE’s will have a monthly sales target and are expected to meet and exceed this regularly.

    Job description

    • Network Optimization
    • Maintain live base on the network
    • Conduct indepth investigation and find suitable solutions for nil transacting sites
    • Focus on all transaction drop sites
    • Undertake corrective measures to resolve poor performing merchants

    Client retention

    • Dealing with clients when they have a change of ownership and ensuring that the new details and documents are collected and submitted to relevant departments
    • Obtaining sign off from clients on contracts as per client requests where contracts are not auto-renewed
    • Tracking ATM upliftments and identifying replacement sites
    • Initiating and dealing with any change requests from clients

     
    Quality site visit

    • Conducting client site visits
    • Ensuring that all aspects related to the ATM are in order
    • Customer orientation (on site)
    • Educating new clients
    • Orientating merchants at new sites


    Sales
    Responsible for new sales and ensuring that you reach target
     
    Departmental administration

    • Compiling and submitting reports
    • Monitoring of clients allocated
    • Encouraging merchants to load their ATMs and improve uptime
    • Reviewing incidents and reporting on progress
    • Ensuring clients details are correct on the system
    • Investigating rejected monthly client payment

    General client queries

    • Receiving and handling client queries
    • Escalating customer service complaints that are not within the span of control

    Minimum requirements
    Matric

    • Related Diploma or Qualification would be an advantage
    • MS Office
    • 1-2 years’ experience of face to face interaction with clients
    • Previous experience as a Sales Consultant will be an advantage
    • Must have your own reliable transport

    Junior Postilion Developer Graduate

    Introduction

    To provide architecture and design input as well as development on the Postilion & Postilion Office SDK for new products and enhancements to exist products. A deep understanding of the Postilion and Postilion Office framework and operations is required to assist with system support and troubleshooting. Development and system support follows agile and DevOps methodologies and therefore managing user development stories, understanding and at times soliciting business requirements and support requests is key.
    Job description

    Administration

    • Developing, running and executing Postilion SDK/Java components.
    • Conducting standard Postilion terminal administration which includes loading new terminals, editing previously configured terminals and trouble shooting.
    • Carrying out interchange administration to ensure that all interchanges to partner banks are up and running.
    • Conducting Post Office administration which ensures that all relevant business reports for the finance, cashing and treasury departments are delivered to them.
    • Trouble shooting any failures that have occurred or items that have not run on time which includes speaking to partner banks for information that is not yet delivered to Paycorp.
    • Checking on data feeds into the sub-systems/applications like Device Manager and data warehouse (eg. Nil transactions).
    • Mentor, coach and knowledge share with team members. 

    Issue Management

    • Ensuring that all tickets (including requests for information) are logged on the ticketing system and actioned to postilion team members.
    • Reassigning/re-routing tickets that are to be sent to other teams outside of the Postilion team.
    • Attending to logged calls by resolving the issues specific to the Postilion team and closing tickets that have been resolved.
    • Project Work (60% - 70% of Day)
    • Attending to any requests that are received in Paycorp sandbox.
    • Compiling project breakdowns that specify the scope of the project and predict a time frame within which the project can be completed.
    • Actioning configurations according to the scope of the project, inputting new information and checking whether reports work. If the configuration is unsuccessful and the reports fail, referring the issues to the development team.
    • Testing and implementing new configurations in the QA and UAT environments and resolving any bugs or issues with the projects.
    • Implementing projects to production for all postilion, post-office, portal or third party changes.
    • Participate in design and architecture of Postilion solutions to business requirements.

     
    System Health & patch management

    • Advising third party providers if there are system errors or if something breaks and ensuring that the third party makes repairs to the system or application.
    • Ensuring that Windows/Unix (OS) and SQL are working efficiently and installing system updates together with the service providers and the Server/Database Administration team.
    • Facilitating the installation of patches (system and OS) to cover holes that have been identified.
    • Picking up and installing the patches for all software provided by software vendors.

    Minimum requirements

    • Completed BSc Information Systems qualification
    • Java EE
    • SQL
    • Windows Server
    • Unix
    • Intermediate to Advanced MS Excel (for reporting purposes)
    • Java EE, JSF, Apache Tomcat, Apache ActiveMQ
    • SQL / Advance SQL experience
    • (Optional) 2 years knowledge of ATM and POS terminal driving, transaction processing as well as issuing operating environments
    • PBT (Postilion basic training) would be beneficial
    • PDT (Postilion developer training) would be beneficia
