    Deputy Director-Organisation Design & Human Resource Planning

    Requirements :

    • Grade 12 plus Bachelor’s degree (NQF Level 7) in Management Services/Operations Management/Industrial Psychology or relevant field as recognized by SAQA.
    • At least 3- 5 years of experience at middle managerial level in Organizational Development or related field. Certificate in Job Evaluation in Government.
    • Certificate in Org Design by NSG will be an added advantage A valid driver’s license.

    Competencies:

    • Computer Literacy, excellent written and verbal communication skills, report writing skills. time management, management of people, Innovative, Team Player and flexible, Client Orientated, Influential and strategic, chairing and organising meetings.

    Duties :

    Assistant Director - Rural Enterprise Development (12 Months Contract)

    Requirements :

    • Grade 12 plus (Bachelor’s degree (NQF Level 7) /National Diploma (NQF Level 6) in Agricultural Economics/Economics/Business Economics/ Community Development/Development Studies as recognised by SAQA. 2-3 years of experience at a supervisory level.
    • Valid driver’s license.

    Competencies:

    • Implement requirements for business efficiency interventions and programme.
    • Interact with relevant internal and external stakeholders.

Identify rural communities in line with Integrated Rural Development Sector Strategy. Compile community profiles.
    • Facilitate community dialogue workshops with rural stakeholders. Engage with key stakeholders at formal forums / conferences etc.
    • Assist in ensuring operational planning and scheduling of resource use is properly carried out.
    • Assist in developing, profiling, monitoring and evaluation of all CRDP Projects.
    • Work directly with communities, local government and key stakeholders to identify sustainable livelihood initiatives.
    • Collate information on identified initiatives.
    • Develop database for projects.
    • Ensure proper filing is done for Community Development Forums (CDF) initiatives.

    Requirements :

    Deputy Director: Supply Chain Management (Demand, Acquisition and Contract Management)

    Requirements :

    • A grade 12 plus a relevant tertiary qualification at NQF level 7 in the field of Supply Chain Management, or Logistics Management, or Public Management/Administration or any relevant qualification as recognized by SAQA.

    Duties :

    • Evaluate applications for variations, amendments and cancelations and develop proposals for approval.
    • Undertake all administrative functions required regarding financial and staff management.

    Deputy Director – Risk Management

    Requirements :

    • Matric plus bachelor’s degree (NQF level 7) in Risk Management/ Auditing or equivalent qualification as recognised by SAQA.
    • 5 years relevant experience, at least 3 years at Junior Management (Assistant Director level) in Risk Management, Compliance, Business Continuity Management (BCM) and integrity management environment.
    • A post-graduate qualification in risk management will be an added advantage.
