    Storekeeper Assistant

    WHAT YOU WILL ENJOY DOING

    • Manage the spare part store organization and space utilization
    • Completion of the workshop documents according to SOPs
    • Ensure and maintain proper inventory system and all parts issued/received are reflected immediately on to the stock card daily
    • Records all shipments of spare parts incoming and checks with the packing list
    • Provides information of any excess, lose and damaged item
    • Take the responsibility of the stock only on the bases of an effective /documented and signed inventory
    • Record properly the Receiving/ Issuing Slip / Stock
    • Keep and file each document relative to a stock movement
    • Produce stock analyses, documents, and reports upon request of management.
    • Inform immediately to the management of any fact that can have serious impact on the Spare Part Store activity
    • Ensure the proper reception of parts
    • Ensure the proper storage of parts and the management of locations
    • Ensure the proper delivery / transfer of parts
    • Establish spare part purchasing request to recomplete the stock
    • Maintain Minimum reordering Stock levels
    • Ensure systematically stock reconciliation

    WHAT MAKES YOU GREAT

    • Std. 10/ Grade 12 or equivalent with Mathematics, is preferred
    • Knowledge of using electronic spare parts catalogues of various brands
    • Able to read and understand standard workshop SOPs / tools and system
    • Excellent Computer literacy
    • Numeracy and literacy skills
    • Experience with working in the stores
    • Good organizational skills

    Material Handler (Dayshift)

    WHAT YOU WILL ENJOY DOING

    Ensure material availability and accurate inventory:

    • Ensure delivered materials are stored in the correct location, including labels
    • Ensure silo’s capacities are checked at shift start and finish to guarantee machines do not run out of material
    • Check with Supervisor at the beginning of shift for any pending colour changes
    • Ensure a correct and accurate inventory is taken, as requested
    • Report to Production Manager any anticipated shortages of colorants

    Ensure efficient material use

    • Keep regrind waste to a minimum and record any waste
    • Ensure any regrind that can be returned to the machines is returned as soon as possible

    Colour change:

    • Follow correct procedures during a colour change
    • Ensure materials which are no longer being used are returned to the correct area
    • Ensure material hoses are hooked up correctly
    • Keep regrind room, label room and mezzanine clean at all times
    • Assist Maintenance and Mould Change Team

    WHAT MAKES YOU GREAT

    • Std. 10/ Grade 12 or equivalent, is preferred
    • Forklift Driver Licence

    Senior Plant Engineer (Autocad A Must)

    WHAT YOU WILL ENJOY DOING

    • Responsible for the smooth running of the infrastructure (electrical/air/water/chillers etc..) in the Lanseria plant working with the Maintenance Manager
    • Responsible to define, plan, order, and direct utilities installations.
    • Performs cost analysis for facility or utilities equipment.
    • Monitors the production plant infrastructure equipment parameters to ensure operation within accepted, defined specifications including electrical power usage.
    • Briefs and manages all contractors to either newly install, repair or maintain the above-mentioned infrastructure equipment.
    • Coordinates all infrastructure project with clear project objectives and a timetable to ensure that all tasks are completed within time and budget.
    • Assists in design and coordination of plant layout with CAD.
    • Reviews plant layout design for compliance with local law, engineering principles, company standards, and customer contract requirements.
    • Responsible for correct detail captured in ERP system (eMIS).Monitor Water Consumption of the Lanseria Plant.
    • Updates our internal ERP system (eMIS) in terms of energy and water consumption, costs, and infrastructure.
    • Participates in designing, updating drawing layouts, managing and or monitoring small to midsize projects regarding the facility and utilities.
    • Coordinates and develops facility and infrastructure team/Maintenance team.
    • Communicates any impact on planning with related departments.
    • Assist maintenance on infrastructure or engineering matters.
    • Ensures that any project/engineering activities do not impact the quality of our products that is being produced.
    • Assists local Maintenance, Quality and Production departments on any customer quality concern when needed.

    WHAT MAKES YOU GREAT

    • Min. qualification - Technical Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering
    • University degree in electrical/mechanical engineering or equivalent is advantageous.
    • Minimum of 8 years experience in a similar role in the manufacturing industry.
    • Must have handled projects from start to finish.
    • Must have physically been part with the design and installation of infrastructure equipment (Example; Compressors/Chillers/Boilers/production machines etc.)
    • Project management experience
    • Project management skills including MS Project, Excel, Word
    • AutoCAD 2D layout skills
    • Profound communication skills.
    • Excellent teamwork and conflict management skills.
    • Very good command of written and spoken English.
    • Familiar with 5S and lean management tools.
    • Advanced knowledge of MS Office.
    • Interaction with the production, quality and logistics team as required.
    • High level of energy.
    • Must be able to work weekends and overtime (if required).
    • Able to work in various weather and temperature conditions to include extreme heat, humidity and cold.
    • It is required to always act in a safe and environmentally responsible manner by adhering to all policies and procedures and Safety Standards.
