    Technical Systems Analyst (12 Month Contract)

    Purpose of the Position

    • The Intermediate Technical Systems Analyst will provide high-quality application and systems support, analyze business and technical requests, and deliver effective second-line support. The role involves ensuring operational stability, resolving incidents, and driving continuous improvement of technical systems and processes.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Deliver operational and technical application and systems support to internal teams and business functions.
    • Provide second-line support to NOC, Service Desk, Business Desk SA, and Business Desk MAH.
    • Resolve incidents, problems, and requests within agreed SLAs, ensuring accurate and timely updates.
    • Document and analyze system defects, create diagnostic tools, and maintain knowledge bases.
    • Collaborate with Solution Delivery and Architecture teams on system planning, configuration, and deployment.
    • Support business operations during critical incidents, deployments, and disaster recovery exercises.
    • Generate and execute scripts to support daily operations.
    • Produce SOPs to ensure consistency, stability, and reliability of systems.
    • Proactively monitor and resolve system and data errors to minimize business impact.
    • Engage with business stakeholders to identify opportunities for process and system improvements.
    • Prepare reports to track solutions and business benefits.

    Skills & Competencies

    • Hands-on experience with some of the following: Oracle, SQL Server, Web Methods, Web Services, SOA, SharePoint, F5, ESB, SQL Server Integration/Reporting Services, and automation/scheduling tools.
    • Strong understanding of integration concepts.
    • Knowledge of Agile, SDLC, ITIL, COBIT, and cloud computing.
    • Analytical, investigative, and structured problem-solving skills.
    • Strong facilitation and communication skills with proficiency in English.
    • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.

    Qualifications & Experience

    • Relevant tertiary qualification in Information Technology or related field.
    • 3–5 years’ experience in systems analysis, application support, or a similar technical role.
    • Demonstrated experience in second-line technical support and system troubleshooting.

    HR Transformational Analyst I Contract

    Job Description

    • We are looking for a Human Resources Transformational Analyst to join a 3 to 6 month project-based engagement located in Johannesburg, within food and services industry.
    • This role is ideal for an HR professional with strong foundational knowledge of HR processes and policies, and brings a modern, non-traditional approach to people practices. The ideal candidate will support the People and Transformation team in modernizing HR processes, policies, and analytics, and bring foundational HR knowledge combined with strong technical and analytical capabilities to drive data-informed decision-making and digital transformation.
    • The specialist will leverage platforms such as Oracle and PowerBI to deliver actionable insights and support transformation initiatives.

    Key Responsibilities and Output Areas Include:

    • Design and refine HR processes and policies aligned with business strategy.
    • Leverage tools like Oracle HCM and Power BI to generate actionable insights.
    • Build dashboards and reports to support workforce planning, DEI, and performance tracking.

    Requirements

    • Matric
    • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Industrial Psychology, Business, or related field
    • Certifications in Oracle HCM, Power BI, or Agile HR are advantageous.
    • 5–10 years’ experience in HR, HR analytics, or HR technology.
    • Strong understanding of HR fundamentals (policies, processes, compliance).
    • Hands-on experience with Oracle HCM Cloud and Power BI.
    • Analytical mindset with ability to interpret and visualize data.
    • Non-traditional HR thinker – curious, tech-forward, and business-oriented.
    • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
    • Experience in consulting or transformation projects preferable.

    Senior Business Analyst - Mining I Contract

    Job Description

    • We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join us on a contract basis within the mining industry.
    • This role requires mining experience (mining assets preferred) and the ability to travel on-site.
    • The ideal candidate will have strong Business analysis skills including API, data and process analysis skills.

    Key Responsibilities and Output Areas Include:

    • Conducting end-to-end business analysis (data, process, systems, and business analysis).
    • Engaging with key stakeholders to gather, interpret, and document business, functional, and technical requirements.
    • Translating business needs into user stories and integrating them into Agile delivery frameworks.
    • Mapping and analyzing existing and new business processes to optimize efficiency.
    • Ensuring data integrity, quality, and governance across projects.
    • Participating in solution design, testing, and implementation, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
    • Supporting project delivery through implementation and training.
    • Driving risk and quality management processes throughout the project lifecycle

    Requirements

    • Matric.
    • Bachelor’s degree / Diploma in Business Analysis, Information Systems, or a related field from an accredited institution.
    • 6+ years of experience as a Business Analyst with at least 2+ years within Mining.
    • BABOK knowledge preferred; CBAP certification is a plus.
    • Proven expertise in Agile, Waterfall, and other methodologies.
    • Hands-on experience with process notations (BPMN) and business process modelling tools (e.g., Bizagi)
    • Strong ability to translate requirements into user stories for Agile teams.
    • Proven track record as a Senior Business Analyst within large-scale projects.
    • Mining industry experience and exposure to mining assets is required.
    • Strong stakeholder engagement and documentation skills.
    • Willingness to travel and work on-site in Randfontein.
