    Devops/Operations Engineer

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Ensure availability of all customer environments
    • Ability to prioritize tasks based on the customer and my client team’s level of importance
    • Support Developers, ensuring they are unblocked
    • Monitoring of all key systems
    • Suggest improvements in proactive monitoring, having a customer focus in monitoring
    • Understand technologies used by my client staff and be able to support them
    • Steer security best practices at all stages of product development
    • Suggest improvements in the development and deployment process
    • Manage infrastructure and all my client’s underpinning services
    • Escalate any concerns to management
    • Process work accurately and in a timely manner
    • Pay attention to detail at all times
    • Proactively and regularly make recommendations for system improvements
    • Work on system performance
    • Control system costs
    • Manage internal software deployments, licenses, expirations
    • User management, acting as an administrator for all systems
    • Document processes, procedures, and share knowledge
    • Communicate regularly with peers to gain a better understanding of system performance
    • Control access permissions and privileges
    • Participate in daily stand-ups
    • Other duties as required

    Education & Experience Required:

    • 5+ years software development industry experience
    • 3+ years experience with Linux
    • Cloud infrastructure / AWS
    • 3+ years of experience in software deployment
    • Software scripting skills such as Bash, Ansible, Terraform, Python
    • 3+ years with deployment tools and pipelines such as Git, GitLab, Jenkins
    • Ability to create pipelines from merging code to customer deployments
    • Experience with cloud infrastructure and architecture
    • Experience in network management and best practices
    • Knowledge of database technologies and integrations
    • Understanding of data regulations such as HIPAA or ISO27001
    • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related information technology field
    • Comfortable working in a multi-functional team

    Knowledge and Skills:

    • BSc degree in Computer Science or relevant experience in the field
    • Good understanding of software delivery and management
    • Enthusiastic about technology
    • Happy to work in an environment where the work can vary in a single day from fixing issues to designing deployments
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

    Vendor Management Specialist

    Job Objective

    • Responsible to ensure that a full supplier segmentation approach is implemented and maintained for all vendors.
    • Responsible to gather all data requirements from various stakeholders in the process to ensure efficiency and alignment to the process requirements, with updates managed accordingly as well.
    • Responsible to formalise scheduled engagement sessions with internal stakeholders and vendors.
    • Responsible to ensure formulation and adherence to SLA’s in areas pertaining to Suppler Relationship Management, Vendor Management and MIS.
    • Responsible to ensure that reporting mechanisms are implemented to easily track, record and report on progress across the SRM function and Vendor Management function.
    • Detailed knowledge of supplier database to enable efficient gatekeeping of the appropriate vendor segmentation processes.
    • Develop and implement standard processes and associated documents; and provide support in relation to supplier due diligence and supplier rationalization.
    • Responsible to develop and drive supplier scorecards and ongoing supplier performance improvement working with supply base.
    • Agree on vendor performance targets and ensure the appropriate tools and engagements are in placed to effectively measure the outcomes.
    • Ensure the right level of awareness of the SRM function, purpose and priorities are generated to enable proper stakeholder understanding.
    • Apply processes to unique situations and derive solutions to enable the business to continued operations.
    • Promotes and monitors the implementation of an integrated supply chain involving key supply chain stakeholders at all levels of the system.
    • Supports the development of supplier strategies, bid packages, and contracts
    • Coach, guide and mentor staff to achieve operational excellence across the Supplier Life Cycle.
    • Internal audits of processes to ensure compliance – regular reports to Operations Manager.
    • Ensure Supplier data is maintained as per Procurement Policy and Procurement Standards.
    • Acts as a relationship coordinator between suppliers (where there is no direct relationship with a cluster) and my client to resolve any issues and to enforce Policies.
    • Be able to provide guidance to the business on corrective solutions to mitigate compliance and business risks and to improve the vendor and business relationships whilst complying with governance requirements.
    • Communicate effectively and build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, regarding Procurement matters.
    • Continuously drives process improvements within the contracts, sourcing and procurement function and in the Accounts Payable environment to achieve operational excellence.
    • Deliver on coordinated business development opportunities.

    Administrator

    Key Skills & Qualifications:

    • Proven experience in an administrative or office support role, with strong skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting.
    • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, formulas).
    • Strong ability to create professional PowerPoint presentations.
    • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
    • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.
    • High attention to detail and accuracy in all work.
    • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.

    Scrum Master

    MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE

    • Bachelor's Degree in a related field such as Computer Science, Business Administration, Industrial Psychology or Management Information Systems
    • Foundational Agile certifications required:
    • Scrum Alliance Certified Scrum Master (CSM) OR Scrum.org Professional Scrum Master (PSM I)
    • Relevant work experience: Must have 1-3 years as a scrum master

    ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE

    • Knowledge of agile way of working and frameworks like Scrum, Kanban, Scaled Agile (SAFe) etc. so that they can explain and motivate their team if needed.
    • Professional facilitation skills to empower the team through facilitation.
    • Understand the value of team metrics and keep track of them to drive team performance.
    • Ability to run and facilitate core events and activities: Backlog Refinement, Sprint Planning, story writing, sizing, prioritising, Daily stand-ups, Sprint Reviews and Sprint Retrospectives.
    • Stakeholder Management, Negotiation & Communication Skills.
    • JIRA/Confluence experience (or other relevant tools). Making work visible though a Sprint board

    Role specific certifications advantageous:

    • Industry standard certification, i.e. CSM or PSM
