    Creative Group Head

    Reporting Line:

    • Chief Creative Officer: Carl Willoughby
    • Executive Creative Director: Keith Manning

     Creative

    •  Assist their CDs in building the creative reputation of Hunt Lascaris.
    • Take accountability in ensuring all their creative output consistently meets the highest quality standards.
    • Present creative work internally and externally in a clear, professional and impactful manner.
    • Produce and craft original and great concepts, art direction and or copywriting proactively and in response to creative briefs on existing clients or potential clients.
    • Work with Strategy & Account Management to understand the clients’ brand and manage projects in a way that will support the delivery of iconic work for the brand.
    • Actively encourage and facilitate collaboration within the creative department and other departments within Hunt Lascaris.
    • Stay aware of current trends, popular culture, ideas, work in order to confidently stay ahead of the curve and stay relevant and contemporary.
    • Consistently develop and refine their craft in a way that demonstrates a real passion for the work they do.
    • Contribute to the shop window (local and international awards).

    Business Management

    • Maintain good relations with senior members of the various client teams.
    • Develop a client relationship to support the delivery of iconic creative work.
    • Help manage the scheduling of work efficiently so as to maximize your creative resource by prioritizing workload within your creative teams to ensure client expectations are met and managed.
    • Actively participate in new business pitches and business development when required.
    • Responsibility to spread positive sentiment and not to add fuel any negative sentiments in a way that is destructive to Hunt Lascaris’ reputation both internally and externally.
    • Be an inspiration and role model.

    People/Collaboration

    • Help develop the creative department to anticipate and reflect the changing needs of Hunt Lascaris and its’ clients.
    • Communicate business goals to your teams and identify and articulate the creative contribution to these goals to the CCO/ECD/CD's.
    • Inspire, coach and guide your creative teams for continuous improvement of individual and collective performance.
    • Create clear and measurable development plans for yourself and support the development plans of your teams.
    • Support the pro-active recruitment and development of staff.
    • Lead the accurate recording of work time for yourself and your teams.

    Requirements

    Knowledge and Experience required:

    • 3 years plus as a Senior Creative in a leading creative agency/company that has curated or can curate (generate, guide, sell and produce) world-class ideas for Hunt Lascaris and their clients or potential clients.

    Skills and Educational Requirements:

    • World-class creative ability.
    • Ability to lead.
    • Presentation skills.
    • Strategically minded.
    • Creatively diverse (art & copy & other)
    • Decisive.
    • Ability to articulate themselves in a simple way.
    • Technical understanding of tv & content production, edits, sound, music, voice and direction.

    Senior Digital Rollout Designer

    Job Description:

    As a Senior Digital Rollout Designer, you will take a leadership role in the execution of digital design projects, ensuring consistency, quality, and adherence to brand standards. In addition to your creative contributions, you will be responsible for reviewing and providing feedback on work produced by mid-weight and junior designers. This role requires a combination of technical expertise, creative vision, and strong leadership skills.

    Responsibilities:

    • Lead the development and execution of digital design concepts for websites, social media, display ads, email campaigns, and other digital platforms.
    • Collaborate closely with creative teams to translate conceptual designs into polished digital assets, ensuring alignment with project objectives and brand guidelines.
    • Review and provide constructive feedback on work produced by mid-weight and junior designers, guiding them to deliver high-quality results and grow their skills.
    • Adapt and localize creative assets for multiple markets, considering cultural nuances and ensuring consistency across all executions.
    • Stay informed about emerging trends and best practices in digital design, actively seeking opportunities to innovate and improve our creative output.
    • Maintain organized files and documentation to facilitate efficient workflow and project handoffs.

    Requirements:

    • Reputable qualification in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, Digital Media, or a related field.
    • Proven experience working as a digital designer in an agency or similar environment, with a strong portfolio showcasing your expertise.
    • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects) and other relevant design tools.
    • Excellent understanding of digital design principles and best practices for web and mobile platforms.
    • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to provide clear feedback and mentorship to junior team members.
    • Exceptional attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality work under tight deadlines.
