The main purpose of an HR Administrator is to assist with various administrative tasks within the HR department to ensure smooth operations and compliance with company policies and regulations.

Required Qualifications & Knowledge

•  Grade 12 (Matric)
•  Diploma or certificate in HR or field equivalent experience
•  Computer Skills (Word / Excel / MS Office)
•  Excellent organisational and communication skills.
•  Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.

Preference / Desirable

•  Understanding of BCEA and other relevant HR legislation.
•  Knowledge of EE, and WSP submissions.
•  Minimum of one year experience in HR-related administrative work.
•  Familiarity with aviation regulations.

About the Job 

Federal Airlines is seeking a Line Maintenance Oversight Manager (LMOM) to oversee administrative functions and coordinate with assigned AMOs for maintenance of the Federal Airlines fleet in line with approved MCM and relevant AMPs in the Maintenance Department.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

•  High School Diploma (Matric)
•  Valid Driver’s License
•  Proficiency in Computer Skills (Word / Excel / MS Office)
•  10 years of Aviation experience

Preferred/Desirable:

•  Part 66 AME License
•  Airline Line Engineer experience

Requirements:

To qualify for this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:

 Experience: 

• Minimum of 10 years in the aviation industry.
•  Licenses: Hold a valid Airline Transport Pilot License (ATPL), a valid multi-engine aeroplane instrument rating, and a type rating for at least one of the aeroplanes operated.
•  Pilot Experience: Have at least 3 years of experience as pilot-in-command of a multi-engine aeroplane operated by the company.
•  Clean Record: No convictions or sanctions that would deem the individual unfit for the position.
•  Aviation Management Experience: Previous aviation management experience is advantageous.

The successful candidate will:

•  Manage day-to-day airline operations.
•  Ensure compliance with regulations and company policies.
•  Optimize operational efficiency by collaborating with various departments.
•  Address operational challenges and emergencies effectively.
