    Senior Project Manager

    Knowledge and Skills

    IT/Systems:

    • Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook
    • MS Project
    • Planview
    • SharePoint
    • Oracle HRMS
    • Oracle Financials (BVAR)
    • Tools: TFS, PPO
    • JIRA

    Business and Technical Knowledge:

    • Stakeholder management planning and engagement approaches
    • Understanding business strategy/objectives and requirements and how the project will support/address it
    • Project management of complex and concurrent projects, including concurrent projects
    • Risk management: experienced in identification, assessment, and management of project risks
    • Good use of project management methodologies – AGILE, Waterfall, etc.
    • Good understanding and use of project management tools, systems, and templates (e.g., MS Project, Gantt charts, dashboards)
    • Effective project budgeting and tracking
    • Resource planning and management
    • Change management
    • Change controls and logs
    • Project governance, quality standards, and control
    • Corporate governance
    • Work Breakdown Structure (WBS)
    • Product Breakdown Structure (PBS)
    • Performance management and coaching
    • Ability to lead a team to achieve goals
    • Chairing and facilitating meetings

    Experience and Qualifications

    Minimum:

    • 3-year Tertiary Qualification (Degree or Diploma) with 3 years of experience; OR
    • Matric with 6 years of experience and relevant technical qualifications as determined per role.

    Preferably:

    • 5–10 years of Project Management experience.
    • Recognized Project Management accreditation/qualification.
    • Experience with Rewards projects will be highly advantageous.

    Contract Administrator

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Provide administrative support in the preparation, review, and management of contracts and sourcing documents.
    • Assist with the sourcing process by maintaining records, scheduling meetings, and coordinating communication with vendors and stakeholders.
    • Prepare and maintain documentation related to contract negotiations, renewals, and amendments.
    • Maintain and update databases or spreadsheets with contract and sourcing details.
    • Assist in tracking and ensuring compliance with contract terms and deadlines.
    • Coordinate and communicate with internal teams to gather necessary information for contracts and sourcing activities.
    • Organize and schedule meetings, including internal discussions and external vendor meetings.
    • Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.
    • Ensure all contracts and sourcing documentation is filed and stored appropriately, both physically and electronically.
    • Handle confidential and sensitive information in a professional and discreet manner.
    • Perform other administrative duties as assigned by the Contract and Sourcing Manager.

    Qualifications:

    • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in business administration or related fields preferred.
    • Proven experience in an administrative or office support role, preferably in a contract, legal, or sourcing environment.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
    • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
    • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
    • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
    • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
    • Experience with contract management software or sourcing tools is a plus.
