    BRC Production Planner Global Grade 10

    Position Outputs

    • Planning and prioritizing of components for disassembly and assembly
    • Assist with achievement of BRC key KPI’s (WIP, planning adherence, on time delivery)
    • Resolve internal and external BWE customer queries
    • Issuing of a job schedule to disassembly, assembly and testing bay in the BRC
    • Ensure that turnaround times (TAT) on components are achieved
    • Determination and scheduling of Key dates in completion (expected and promised delivery dates)
    • To achieve turnaround KPI’s for Quotations and Rebuilds (schedule adherence)
    • Ensure alignment and clear communication with all internal BRC departments, Coordinate parts and production departments (Machining both internal and external) on outstanding parts and schedule of part deliveries
    • Plan and prioritize component repairs for customers and Barloworld Reman to ensure correct stock levels, rebuild priority
    • Face to BRC customer for communication on progress of component repair, problems and deliveries chair planning meeting between relevant departments (Service supervisors, parts supervisor, Costing and quoting supervisors)
    • Communicate with Suppliers on quotations, turnaround times and deliveries.
    • Arrange Customer inspections

    Qualification, Experience and Competencies

    • Minimum 5 years post-apprentice / learnership experience
    • Standing in as supervisor or as production planner on a number of occasions
    • Experience with MS Excel and MS Access.

    Internal Sales Representative (ISR) Global Grade 10

    Position Outputs

    • Meet month-to-month sales targets.
    • Telesales & taking orders.
    • Upselling other products/services linked to Electrical power equipment.
    • Tender process management.
    • Sustain and grow machine sales and rental hours within allocated territories/ customer base.
    • Accurately and efficiently deal with sales administrative tasks (quoting and customer queries)
    • Effective self-management and performance ownership.
    • Manage all aspects of sales process.
    • Find new business opportunities and maintain a healthy pipeline for future deals.
    • Liaising with Accounts and Distribution. SAP advantageous

    Qualification, Experience and Competencies

    • Minimum 3 years telesales experience of Electrical power equipment.
    • Electrical / Mechanical engineering Diploma or equivalent.
    • Salesforce & SAP Experience.
    • Computer Literacy & Knowledge of MS office.
    • Good customer relationship skills.
    • Business planning and development skills and knowledge.
    • Strong communication and presentation skills.
    • Strong negotiating and selling skills.
    • Sound technical knowledge of CAT & Electrical Power equipment and industry, CAT product line including accessories and work tools.
    • Experience in a Technical Sales Role (Electrical Power).
    • Financial acumen (costs & trading margins).

    Service Supervisor Global Grade 10

    Position Outputs

    • Leading a Team of Service Artisan to repair Engine and Generator components
    • Achievement of cost centre financial targets and Key Performance Indicators.
    • Resolve internal & external customer queries.
    • Effective control of cost centre expenses and WIP management.
    • Ensure effective communication between team, management, peers & customers.
    • Ensure service work is carried out in compliance with quality standards (OEM Guidelines).
    • Apply policies and procedures; this includes Safety, warranty decisions, service warranty investigations, etc.
    • Ensure outputs of service audits are achieved.
    • Apply Barloworld Equipment leadership philosophy.
    • Achievement of a team environment that enables maximum productivity and profitability (Performance management of team).
    • Competency development of team.
    • On the job supervision – safety of team.

    Qualification, Experience and Competencies

    • Qualified artisan or Mechanic in relevant trade (e.g., Diesel mechanic / Earthmoving Equipment mechanic).
    • Minimum five years’ experience after qualification.
    • Service Planner experience for at least 2 years.
    • Team Leader or Supervisory exposure/experience will be an advantage.
    • Exposure to managing a Team including Sound interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Experience with Engine components end to end Process including troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
    • Understanding of the Quality processes
    • Able to achieve results utilising talent in team.
    • Computer literate (MS Office and SIS ET, SAP & CRM).
    • Basic technical report writing skills & Failure analysis Skills
    • Will be required to work overtime including Stand-by Driver’s License – Code B
