Job Description

The OUTlife Sales department is responsible for quoting clients as a result of Inbound calls, Internet leads or an OUTbound function and converting these leads into sales in terms of the quality and quantity criteria in place. The successful sales advisor needs to be a strong sales person with excellent change agent and adaptability skills.

Convert lead/quotes to sales in terms of the minimum quantity and quality targets that are in place.

Qualifications

• Minimum Matric qualification or equivalent qualification
• FAIS accreditation is essential
• Completed FAIS RE 5 is essential
• Minimum 1 Year experience in the Life environment is essential

Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Directly responsible for look and feel of all internal jobs including corporate documentation and presentations.
• This will include taking responsibility for generating creative ideas and mock-ups.
• Has to be deadline driven and therefore able to work under some pressure at times.
• Liaise with internal Creative Manager on look and feel of work. Must be able to take direction and multitask on different jobs.
• General copywriting skills in terms of basic wording and spelling is needed. We need someone that can see if the copy they were supplied needs to be tweaked or has spelling mistakes.
• Needs to take existing designs and layouts and be able to resize them and rework them to suite the media and different formats.
• Staying informed about ATL and online advertising and industry trends, so as to have fresh and relevant ideas.
• Responsible for implementation and consistent use of corporate ID across all executions.
• Responsible for keeping a digital archive of all work.
