    IT Service Delivery/Project Manager

    Job Description

    Experience:

    • Microsoft Server OS Administration
    • Server hardware Installation and configuration
    • Monitoring Systems management
    • Active Directory Administration
    • Technical Project Management

    Job Specification/Functions:

    • Project Management of highly technical and complex projects
    • Coordinate and manage services provided to business by support
    • Communication of services performance between customers and support
    • Engaging with vendors to negotiate, manage and renew support contracts
    • Reporting on project progress and service performance

    Qualifications

    • Matric
    • Microsoft MCITP
    • Prince2 Practitioner
    • A+
    • N+
