    Global Digital Brand Manager

    Main Purpose of Job:

    • The Global Digital Brand Manager is responsible for developing, managing and optimising the brand’s digital presence across all platforms to drive awareness, engagement, and enrolment. The role oversees paid and organic media initiatives, web management, CRM communications, brand content, and digital customer experience improvements.

    Qualifications and Experience:

    • Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, or related field.
    • 2–4 years’ experience in digital marketing or brand communications.
    • Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta campaigns (paid media).
    • Experience managing or updating websites via WordPress or similar CMS.
    • Working knowledge of SEO principles and website optimisation.
    • Experience producing or coordinating digital content (social, blog, web copy, CRM).
    • Familiarity with analytics dashboards (Google Analytics) and campaign reporting.
    • Experience working with CRM systems — preferably Microsoft Dynamics CRM for lead management, communication workflows and reporting.
    • Experience working with external agencies/suppliers and internal stakeholders.
    • Advantageous: exposure to online learning / e-commerce / education sector.

    • Strong digital marketing and platform management skills
    • Basic SEO and analytics capability
    • Copywriting and content coordination ability
    • Campaign reporting and data interpretation

    Academic Support Advisor (Johannesburg Campus)

    • This role will provide a full range of academic support and development services to ensure students are empowered to realize their academic success. The role will also connect students’ academic interests with their personal and career ambitions. This role strongly liaises with the Student Administration team, the Academic team and reports directly to the Academic Support Manager.

    Duties include but are not limited to:

    • Providing academic support and development to SACAP’s students
    • Acting as a point of contact for all academic support and development needs
    • Responding to and resolving student queries within the stipulated time frames
    • Involved in termly orientation per new cohort
    • Monitoring student academic performance and engagement
    • Tracking and documenting national academic support and development metrics
    • Study plans and career guidance
    • Academic one-on-one counselling
    • Awareness / advocacy campaigns re: academic issues
    • Facilitating peer support and peer-assisted learning
    • Identifying at-risk students and tracking retention.
    • Utilizing SACAP’s Student Management System in order to provide expert guidance to SACAP students.

    QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCES

    • A minimum of an Honours Degree qualification in the discipline of Counselling, Psychology, Coaching, Business Management, Leadership; or at least 5-years’ experience in a cognate field with high academic results
    • Advanced computer literacy skills, including online systems
    • 2 years of full-time experience, preferably within the field of Higher Education

    • This role reports directly to the Academic Support Manager and will work closely and collaboratively with the broader national student support and development teams.
