    Dispatcher - Port Elizabeth

    Responsibilities:

    • Balance all assigned region orders to ensure minimum wind turbine downtime and maximum productivity
    • Ensure service crew composition is up to date and adjusted to demand
    • Plan and monitor tools, parts & services on time before crew mobilization
    • Prepare, level out & assign works for the region & tasks of responsibility, to deliver best match for needs and potential. (i.e. weather conditions & skills)
    • Assign service appointment to service crew by organizing service crew composition on short term
    • Deliver on time communication to crews and partners
    • Monitor key performance indicator related to Planning & Scheduling are balanced and under control
    • Confirm readiness for works to be implemented (system).
    • Prepare 12-week planning (long-term planning) / short term planning (3-week detail plan)
    • Bundle and optimize work order composition
    • Create purchase requests
    • Ensure improvement loop with stakeholders regarding: Technical Panning (TPL), Supply 
    •  Chain Operations (SCO)& work efficiency.
    • Review of performed works end of week.

    Qualifications:

    •  At least 2 years of experience in workload planning, ideally gained in a Technical Services or 
    •  Logistics related service environment.
    • Experience in coordinating smaller development / improvement projects (process & systems)
    • Technical and planning framework understanding
    • Professional experience in a comparable position, also like to have worked as a service 
    •  technician.
    • Salesforce knowledge desirable
    • SAP Knowledge desirable
    • Got IT skills and experience with information processing in databases and planning tools
    • Good communication skills in English

    Stock Keeper, Chaba Wind Farm

    Responsibilities:

    • Maintain proper stock controls by performing manual and clerical tasks involved in receiving, preparation. and stocking, issuing, shipping, physical inventory, disposition, control and protection of company property.
    • Support and suggest any remedial action required to prevent or resolve discrepancies.
    • Operate electric powered and manual lift trucks.
    • Perform tasks involved in controlling (maintaining, updating, sorting, filing, recording and issuing) various SAP or company documents.
    • Support at the other Warehouses with same tasks where needed at MEA region

    Qualifications:

    • 2-3 years of experience in general warehousing / distribution centers / or production environments.
    • Working knowledge of stock control, inventory management practices and procedures.
    • SAP or other Warehouse Management Systems experience.
    • Good level of written and spoken English
    • Able to follow established written and verbal instructions.
    • Ability to follow company safety policies and procedures.
    • Demonstrated computer literacy.
    • Able to operate or learn to operate forklift. Relevant Certifications are preferred but not required.

    Competencies:

    • Body positioning: Able to climb stairs or ladders, Requires full/part time standing, Able to Lift/push/pull/carry weight according to Manual Handling Guidelines and recommended safety weight limits
    • Work content: Able to use/hold/manipulate small tools and parts with hands. Simple grasping, power grasping and fine manipulation is required. Able to use inspection tools and perform torqueing operations.
    • Vision/Hearing: High level Hand/Eye coordination required. Eye protection required in many instances.
    • Environmental:. Capable of using personal protective equipment including hearing protection if required.
