    Key Accounts Coordinator

    Debtors Accounts Coordinator  

    • A well-established risk management company based in Lynnwood, Pretoria is looking for a driven and detail-oriented Debtors Accounts Coordinator to join their Debtors Department. 
    • This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with clients, thrives in a target-driven environment, and can handle high-volume administration with accuracy and professionalism. You will play a key role in maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring timely collections, and supporting overall service delivery within the surety bonds division.

    Minimum Requirements: 

    • Matric (Grade 12) 
    • Essential: Valid Driver’s License and own vehicle for client visits 
    • Fluent in English and Afrikaans

    • Experience in Finance or Insurance Industry  
    • Previous experience in debtors, accounts, or client service roles  

    Roles and Responsibilities: 

    Client Relationship Management 

    • Act as the primary operational contact for allocated clients. 
    • Build and maintain strong, professional client relationships. 
    • Ensure consistent communication and follow up on outstanding matters. 
    • Manage client service expectations and provide regular updates. 
    • Escalate service or risk concerns where necessary. 

    Debtors & Collections Management 

    • Ensure monthly and annual debtor targets are achieved. 
    • Maintain and manage the debtor’s book according to set parameters. 
    • Follow up on outstanding payments and resolve queries efficiently. 
    • Schedule and attend client meetings (Johannesburg and Pretoria) to assist with collections and resolve issues. 
    • Work closely with internal teams to speed up the collection process.

    Construction Manager (Electrical) – Underground Mining (12 Month Contract)

    • Our client, a reputable organisation within the mining sector, is seeking an experienced Construction Manager (Electrical) to oversee and manage all underground electrical construction activities related to mining operations.
    • The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all electrical projects are completed safely, efficiently, within budget, and according to the required quality and compliance standards. This role will be based on-site in Limpopo.

    Minimum Requirements:

    • Degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related technical qualification.
    • GCC Mines & Works will be advantageous.
    • Minimum of 10 years’ experience in electrical construction management within the mining industry, preferably underground operations.
    • Strong understanding of underground electrical systems, infrastructure installation, and mining construction practices.
    • Experience working with project management software such as MS Project or Primavera.
    • Sound knowledge of mine health and safety regulations and electrical compliance standards.
    • Strong leadership, planning, communication, and organisational skills.

    Roles and Responsibilities:
    Electrical Project Planning & Coordination

    Budget & Cost Management

    • Monitor project expenditure and maintain cost control throughout the project lifecycle.
    • Review and approve project-related costs and contractor claims.
    • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce unnecessary expenditure.

    Resource & Material Management

    • Ensure the effective allocation of labour, tools, equipment, and electrical materials.
    • Monitor the availability and delivery of required equipment and supplies.
    • Coordinate logistics to avoid project delays.

    Health, Safety & Environmental Compliance

    • Enforce strict adherence to mine safety procedures and electrical regulations.
    • Conduct regular safety inspections, risk assessments, and toolbox talks.
    • Promote and maintain a strong safety culture on-site.

    Quality Control & Assurance

    • Ensure all electrical installations comply with engineering designs, standards, and statutory regulations.
    • Oversee testing, commissioning, and inspection processes.
    • Address defects, deviations, and non-conformances promptly.

    Stakeholder Engagement & Reporting

    • Liaise with project managers, engineers, consultants, and clients regarding project progress.

    • Our client within the mining industry is seeking an experienced and results-driven Project Manager to oversee and coordinate mining-related projects at their operations based on Mooihoek, Limpopo. 
    • The successful candidate will be responsible for managing projects from planning through to execution and close-out, ensuring all activities are completed safely, within budget, on schedule, and according to operational and regulatory standards.
    • The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership abilities, excellent stakeholder management skills, and extensive experience managing projects within mining or heavy industrial environments.

    Minimum Requirements:

    • Grade 12 / Matric Certificate.
    • Relevant tertiary qualification in Engineering, Project Management, Construction Management, Mining or a related field.
    • Project Management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent) will be advantageous.
    • Minimum of 10 years’ experience working as a Project Manager within the mining industry.
    • Proven experience managing large-scale mining, construction, infrastructure, or underground projects.
