    • The Transaction and Estate Management Team Leader will oversee a team of skilled Transaction and Estate Managers responsible for the day-to-day management of a large corporate portfolio across South Africa.
    • Serving as the Team Leader for all transaction and estate management activities in your region, this role demands leadership, oversight, and close collaboration with the wider team to ensure transactions are complete and estate management activities are delivered successfully across both the retail and commercial sectors.

    What you will bring

    • Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Facilities Management, Business, Finance, or related fields.
    • Minimum 5 years of experience in real estate transaction and estate management, preferably with multinational clients.
    • Experience in account management, with strong commercial acumen.
    • Professional certifications (e.g., RICS) or equivalent real estate qualifications preferred.
