    Senior Active Directory Specialist

    Job Description

    • Experience in the Identity space with a background in Active Directory or similar LDAP stores.
    • Expert knowledge of authentication with SAML, OAuth, OpenID and Kerberos
    • Experience knowledge in providing Federated Identity with solutions such as PING Federate or ADFS
    • Prior experience in providing RBAC solutions for clouds solutions (e.g. Microsoft Entra ID)
    • Experience scripting and automation abilities including PowerShell.
    • Engage and advise stakeholders within the business on Identity and Access Management best practices.
    • Define, improve and support Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) and Privileged Access Management within the organization.
    • Working knowledge of Azure Active Directory Connect synchronization software.
    • Leverage platform engineering expertise & a working knowledge of specific platforms and their constituent parts to positively contribute to platform feature and service designs
    • Take accountability for deeply understanding & building expertise on the platform, the platform contribution to the broader platform strategy & business and customer requirements & all available technologies
    • Positively contribute to define & implement the development/engineering lifecycle (end to end) and lead lifecycle improvements over successive releases.

    Senior IT Systems Administrator - US EST Hours

    Key Responsibilities:

    Active Directory and User Management:

    • Dive into our lab environment and take charge.
    • Create and manage user accounts in Active Directory like a pro.
    • Set up and configure user mailboxes with ease.
    • Reset passwords and tweak domain password policies.
    • Configure login scripts and manage user email addresses.
    • Add aliases to mailboxes and set up email forwarding.
    • Keep mailbox sizes in check and configure warnings.

    Network and Server Management:

    • Master DHCP and DNS configurations.
    • Update router settings within the DHCP scope.
    • Scavenge stale DNS records and keep the network clean.
    • Configure DHCP servers and group policies.
    • Create hidden shares and assign permissions.
    • Manage security groups and folder permissions.
    • Check server IP addresses, subnet masks, and network configurations.

    Mac OS/iPhone Management:

    • Add additional admin users on MacOS.
    • Use tools to ping IP addresses and map network shares.

    • Transfer data between Mac devices.

    Other Responsibilities:

    • Assign cluster IPs when setting up failover clusters.
    • Troubleshoot cluster node failures and ensure VMs come back online.
    • Recommend the best RAID configuration for SANs storing Exchange/SQL databases.
    • Manage RAID 6 configurations and understand drive failure tolerances.

    Preferred Skills:

    Job Description:

    • We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our Talent Acquisition team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment coordination, with a strong background in IT recruitment. This role requires expertise in both US and international recruitment coordination, ensuring we attract the best talent from around the globe.     Key Responsibilities:

    • Recruitment Coordination: Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, scheduling candidate screening, interview scheduling, and offer management.
    • Hiring Manager Liaison: Manage the scheduling and logistics of all interviews between hiring managers and candidates.  Maintain a positive relationship with hiring managers and provide continuous updates on the status of open positions. Ensure positions are posted timely. Follow-up with hiring managers to collect interview feedback. 
    • IT Recruitment: Leverage your IT recruitment experience to identify and attract top-tier candidates for technical roles.
    • Global Recruitment: Coordinate recruitment efforts across multiple regions, multiple time-zones, ensuring compliance with local regulations and cultural nuances.
    • Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive candidate experience by maintaining clear communication and providing timely updates throughout the recruitment process. Coordinate proper correspondence to job applicants at each stage of the selection process.
    • Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers and HR team members to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.

    Qualifications:

    • Degree/Diploma or any relevant qualification
    • Global Expertise: Proven experience in coordinating recruitment activities within the US and other international recruitment efforts.  Experience with multi-national companies is preferred.
    • Technical Skills: Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel, various applicant tracking systems (ATS), and job posting processes required.
    • University Relations:  Prior experience coordinating job postings and selection activity with local university staff preferred.
    • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

    Account Executive - US (EST) Hours

    Purpose:

    • As an Account Executive, you will take full ownership of a diverse client portfolio. Your role encompasses several key areas: Strategy Driver, Operational Oversight, Relationship Owner, Sales Farmer, Technology Champion, and Commercial Owner.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Operational Oversight: Ensure seamless operations in line with Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and client requirements.
    • Ensure a complete understanding of the contract and clients requirements, translating these requirements into operational service delivery.
    • Meet with teams regularly to discuss day-to-day operations and identify opportunities for improvement and sales.
