    Store Manager l 45hr - The Fix - Gateway Mall - Durban

    Responsibilities:

    Omni Marketing Assistant

    Key Responsibilities: 

    • Step into the fast-paced world of eCommerce Marketing & partner-up with the Senior Omni Marketing Co-Ordinator to execute Direct Marketing strategies for our wide range of the biggest local & internal brands within the Sportscene & Archive online space.
    • Part of your day to day will be creating & scheduling emailers within Bloomreach that have been plotted according to what we are currently focusing on, which could be anything from new product launches, campaigns, offers and/ or sales. 
    • In order to ensure we are on time to market; you will need to ensure that all relevant creative assets have been briefed into our Design Team using our month product launch calendar. All briefing is done on monday.com to ensure full team visibility and ownership.
    • As a marketer we want to ensure full visibility of our new product launches, campaigns, offers and/ or sales therefore you will need to ensure that these are communicated with our internal TFG Rewards Team, as we a few external Teams were relevant, e.g. Malls such as Cana Walk.  
    • As you will be working closely with the Omni Merchants, you will work closely is assisting the Team with: 
      Calendar reminders to ensure that no launches or campaigns are missed that need to go live on our sites.  
      Website quality checks new product launches, campaigns, offers and/ or sales. 
      Ensuring the website storefronts are kept fresh with new creative as well as product displays carousels.
    • On monthly basis emailer reports need to be complied for Merchant & Management meetings. We not only pull for our day-to-day emailers, we also assist in providing reporting to the Brand Managers for any of their campaigns focuses for the month, this will include any website storefront representation that supported the campaign
    • As we are a part of a bigger group being The Foschini Group, we work closely with their Rewards Team, not only by providing them with our campaigns to include in their broader marketing, but we are also able to request information from them such as emailer addresses and or SMS requests to further our marketing efforts when there is a need based on trade.
    • Lastly you will work alongside the biggest local & internal brands such a Nike, adidas Originals, Puma to name a few by collaborating with their marketing teams by attended bi-weekly brand meetings & at times going off site to meet in person to view product ranges & discuss marketing strategies going forward. 
    • As with any job, there are your ad-hoc day to day tasks that will occur, and as we are believe in Team work here at Sportscene & Archive, we always assist when & where we can- there’s always something to do. 

    Qualifications and Experience:

    • Marketing qualification.
    • 1-2 Years experience within an Online / Omni Marketing role.

    Graphic Designer

    Key Responsibilities:

    • The Graphic Designer will be responsible for liaising directly with the respective Designers & Retail buyers on trending and brand relevant graphics for The FIX
    • Provide Graphic Designs for both ladies & menswear and have a good understanding of all over/ repeat prints
    • A strong grasp of trend direction, product, brand relevance and authenticity are essential, whilst performing this function timeously with in the TFG D&M Quick response timeline and critical path
    • Provide effective test options in order to establish new product categories, and relevant iterations on existing product lines
    • The Graphic Designer is also responsible to ensure all pre-production formats are user and production friendly for the outwork suppliers
    • This individual is responsible for keeping abreast of weekly sales and continuous developments throughout the season ensuring The FIX remains relevant and in line with consumer demand
    • This individual needs to ensure all graphics purchased meet the retail customer’s satisfaction with regards to quality and authenticity
    • Although this Graphic designer will reside and report into The FIX D&M structure, he or she will be required to fulfill any business requirements within the job role of a graphic designer for any of the other brands that fall within TFG D&M structure

    Qualifications and Experience:

    • A Tertiary Qualification in Graphic Design/Trend
    • 3 to 5 years of proven experience as a clothing Graphic Designer, within the clothing manufacturer or fashion industry is non-negotiable
    • A strong portfolio showcasing your design skills

    Sample Room Supervisor

     Responsibilities:

    • Create garment samples
    • Responsible for garment construction 
    • Responsible for final presentation of garment critical  and perfect execution of  sample garment critical
    • Meeting with Pattern technologists and to discuss patterns  and construction
    • Manage small team
    • Create sample packs
    • Pattern Reading
    • Communication to Design Centre
    • Administration
    • Cutting, sewing and prepping fabric according to the requirements of each article

     Requirements:

    • Grade 10 or equivalent
    • Sample versatility
    • Able to operate a variety of sewing machines
    • Min 2-3 yrs. experience in a clothing manufacturing environment
    • Min 2-3 years’ experience in a supervisory capacity
    • Computer literate
    • Ability to work on a wide range of sewing machines to complete different tasks
    • Must be able to sewing all types of top and bottoms, woven and knitted fabric

    Process Manager: Midrand DC

    Key Responsibilities: 

    • Manage and lead a team of outbound supervisors, warehouse staff and clerks.
    • Coordinate with internal teams and transporters to streamline end to end processes
    • Ensure accurate inventory management and documentation
    • Budget and cost control – including daily optimised workforce planning and scheduling
    • Work closely with IT and WMS to improve data accuracy and operational effectiveness

    Qualifications and Experience:

    • Experience in working on a Warehouse Management System (experience on Manhattan WMS would be advantageous)
    • Working knowledge of MS Office, with a strong MS Excel capability
