About Job

• We are looking for a UX/UI Designer for the Strategic Growth Team. You would work closely with the Sales Growth team and create an enticing design for our most strategic accounts to drive Superside expansion.

• Create amazingly designed user experiences, design systems and digital products for a wide range of global brands
• Understand our clients, their users and business challenges, and solve for mutual success and growth
• Be a part of dedicated account teams, be responsible for owning creative, and work towards successfully growing and developing our clients
• Work on a large number of challenging projects, execute with overview and pixel perfect detail, on time and budget
• Collaborate with clients, designers, directors, developers, and project managers all over the world
• Help our clients achieve goals, grow, and add business value
• Continuously learn, develop, and grow yourself and others

What You'll Need to Succeed

• Excellent design competences and a strong portfolio
• Ability to quickly learn the process and multitask projects with great detail
• High level of knowledge and craft, providing top-notch design or direction
• Ability to always deliver pixel-perfect quality on time and budget
• Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
• Bias for action, hard-working, proactive, client-centric and execution driven

About Job

• Superside is looking for a talented, award-winning Conceptual Art Director to work with a Copywriter partner and ideate on projects for clients of all sizes, across all mediums and channels.
• You will join a world class Concept & Copy team. You will focus on crafted and brilliant Art Direction for through-the-line elements, and you’ll ideate on concepts that will be made tangible across the globe. Your team will be driving the growth of the Concept & Copy category within Superside, and selling in great work that works, both for us and our clients. Teams are welcome to apply. 

What You'll Do

• Own your projects and the trust of your clients
• Build creative presentations and use these to sell 360 ideas to clients 
• Set the tone and Art Direction for your campaigns
• Scamps, storyboards and key visuals
• Drive the execution of these ideas from start to final delivery
• Work with design, motion and video teams bring work to life
• Expand creative thinking and build a bank of great concepts made real
• Work with a variety of clients in a variety of countries
• Report to the Creative Director, and work closely with Project Managers

What You'll Need to Succeed

• 3+ years of large agency experience as an Art Director
• A proficiency in Creative Suite and presentation programs 
• Excellent English verbal and written communication skills, good at presenting ideas and discussing solutions in large groups
• Passion for creativity, from conceptual thinking to final output
• Portfolio demonstrating big, campaignable thinking
• Structured thinking, with the ability to work on multiple projects and with multiple Project Managers at a time to meet deadlines
• Self-motivation to work in a remote environment
• Positive attitude towards figuring out and learning new things
• Creative-obsessed, detail-oriented, and enthusiastic team player
• Entrepreneurial, autonomous and organised mindset, with ability to generate growth through partnering with colleagues and clients alike
• Updated knowledge of marketing and product trends
• Ability to multitask with efficiency, overview, structure, and attention to detail
• Strong people development skills, ability to mentor others on craft, process and leadership
