Job requirements:

• Consult with Repairs Technicians regarding necessary repairs and possible alternatives
• Use knowledge of products and services to provide information about available parts and service options
• Answer questions about service outcomes, schedule and book appointments
• Provide customers with information and advice on warranty protections and cost savings
• Manage and oversee the Repairs division workflow and schedule
• Call customers to advise them on pick-up times
• Maintain positive customer relationships to ensure repeat business

• Carrying out pre-delivery inspections, servicing, and repairs for the Adendorff range of products.
• Troubleshooting and preventative maintenance
• Housekeeping, clean-up of all maintenance areas/work areas on a daily basis
• Requisitioning of spares and consumables as required and safekeeping of base stock
• The ideal candidate will have a proven track record and be able to work independently
• Requirements are a Senior Certificate
