    Enterprise Architecture

    ased in Johannesburg and reporting into the Group Chief Information Officer, the Head:Enterprise Architecture will shape and design the Group's enterprise architecture while acting as the custodian of the information technology strategy. The Head: Enterprise Architecture will also oversee IT Governance, Risk and Compliance while refining and aligning the IT strategy. The Head: Enterprise Architecture will also have the following responsibilities:

    • Act as custodian of the Information Technology strategy
    • Shape, align and govern Enterprise Architecture
    • Ensure realisation of technology architecture target states, roadmaps, and solutions
    • Lead and oversee IT Governance, Risk and Compliance requirements (1st line support - for execution across IT Level 2 structure)
    • Enable IT reporting to all formal forums
    • Aligned and governed by the Group Enterprise Architecture
    • Pragmatic involvement of the practice during the SDLC, participating in relevant forums and stage gates

    The Successful Applicant
    Experience And Qualifications: Minimum Qualification:

    • Honours degree in Computer Science or Information Technology

    Experience

    • 10 years leading a team of Enterprise Architects with at least 6 years in a strategic IT planning, execution and people management role.

    Additional Requirements:

    • 5-7 years' experience in a similar role
    • Experience using financial tools
    • Operational Management Experience

    Head of Communications

    As the Head of Communications, you will be responsible for:

    • Development and implementation of local long-term Media and Communications (incl. Digital, Social and ECRM) Strategy and Action Plan, in line with Global and Local Brand Strategy.
    • Lead the team that engages with the brand and agencies, driving Brand Equity for the full brand portfolio across Sub-Saharan Africa.
    • Define compelling Communication vision and working to local or international framework or brand alignment, to align the local network behind idea and to maintain passion, energy and focus
    • Manage all aspects of communication including; Media, Digital Marketing, ECRM, Social and Content marketing

    The Successful Applicant

    The Successful Candidate Will Have The Following

    • Bachelor's degree preferable
    • 10 + years of business / agency experience in Communications
    • At least 7 years' experience working at a digital / media agency or directly managing such a relationship as a brand client.
    • Extensive experience and technical understanding across a wide range of digital marketing disciplines - including media, social, web, mobile, search, content, eCRM and data management.

    Marketing Manager

    • Leadership and development of the marketing function
    • Drive execution throughout the category unit, to ensure the development and execution of brand communication and activation strategies
    • Recruit, develop, retain and lead a team of diverse marketing talent
    • Regulating and maintaining strong relationships with external providers, specifically media, advertising, RM/Digital, PR, promoter and specialist agencies
    • Leading the development, implementation and evaluation of strong communication channel strategies
    • Driving the measurement of market impact and effectiveness through brand health, competitive share and brand profitability and directing strategies to influence these dimensions
    • Drives the performance of one or more brands within our portfolio through the development and implementation of brand strategies and marketing programmes.

    The Successful Applicant Should Have The Following

    • Relevant degree in marketing/business
    • 7 years consumer brand marketing experience in FMCG
    • Minimum 4 years experience at Brand Manager level
