    Tactical Trainer

    • Purpose: We're seeking a dedicated Tactical Training Instructor to ensure the effective execution of professional training interventions within Fidelity ADT, adhering to organizational policies, legislative regulations, and ETQA requirements.

    Environmental Health and Safety

    • Provide transformational leadership in the effective management of the EHS function.
    • Conduct EHS audits and implement corrective actions where required.
    • Lead significant improvements in the reduction of Significant Incidents and Motor Vehicle Accidents.

    Area Manager

    Purpose of the role:

    • reporting to the Regional Manager.     Job Description
    Minimum Requirements:

    • Managing and overseeing the physical verification of firearms
    • Compile and submit monthly scanning reports For Robertville
    • Reporting of all incidents to relevant stakeholders

    Client Liaison Officer

    Summary:

    • Fidelity Securefire South Africa is looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Client Liaison Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with our clients, providing excellent customer service, and acting as a liaison between our clients and internal departments.

    Responsibilities:

    • Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
    • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing any inquiries or concerns in a timely and professional manner
    • Ensure that all client communications are clear, concise, and accurate
    • Coordinate with internal departments to resolve any client issues or requests
    • Monitor client satisfaction and gather feedback to continuously improve our services
    • Assist with the onboarding of new clients and provide support throughout the process
    • Provide regular updates to clients on the status of their account, projects, or services
    • Proactively identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional services to clients

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
    • Previous experience in a similar client-facing role, preferably in the security or fire protection industry
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
    • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and CRM software
    • Knowledge of security and fire protection systems is a plus
