Fidelity Securefire South Africa is looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Client Liaison Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with our clients, providing excellent customer service, and acting as a liaison between our clients and internal departments.
Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing any inquiries or concerns in a timely and professional manner
Ensure that all client communications are clear, concise, and accurate
Coordinate with internal departments to resolve any client issues or requests
Monitor client satisfaction and gather feedback to continuously improve our services
Assist with the onboarding of new clients and provide support throughout the process
Provide regular updates to clients on the status of their account, projects, or services
Proactively identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional services to clients
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
Previous experience in a similar client-facing role, preferably in the security or fire protection industry
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and CRM software
Knowledge of security and fire protection systems is a plus
